when a blue moon comes
it calls along a darkness
which casts i's eyes upon
your shadowy throne
a darkness so dark
one touch and your gone
blending into the shadows
coming home once every hundred years
a blue moon clod and dark
coldness of fog and mist
so chilly to freeze time
once you call no going back
only a magic spell from an old book
will undo the magic
but be aware a spell has a down side
so read carefully and think before you do
a spell to unfreeze and send darkness away
but beware he consequences of what you do
when a blue moon comes
and takes hold
fastens it's grips upon you
and holds down tight
only once in a hundred years
