a silent call from the wild
too long for someone to hide
a little too soon to run away
but late to stay there
a click before it's gone
slow before the blur
listen to the splash of waves
the wind blowing through
light glistening bright
sinking for under the earth
a new light arrives soon
in the darkness
but first a multi colored sky
shines above
click and watch
soon you have caught the beauty
the wonderful night
and great sunsets
quick before day
and the lovely sunrise
listen for the shutter
of the camera lens
then at your picture
forever caught in that moment
