Back to school

Wow I haven't posted in a whiiiiiiiile

I just went back to school a couple days ago and I thought I'd y'all about it I guess

First off I'm doing a lot better with my mental health (but who knows how long that's gonna last). Honestly those parentheses are one of the only really negative things I've said about my mental health recently so that's a good sign. I'm trying to focus on the positives in life and keep myself out of situations I know are bad for me. I'm trying to involve myself with good people, keep myself occupied with things I enjoy, and make time for myself every now and then

I'm actually pretty excited to be back at school ngl. School itself is pretty draining but I have REALLY good classes this year, mostly subjects I'm pretty interested in learning about

So yeah here's my schedule(I'll put nicknames for my teachers in case I ever talk about them agajn)

1: They changed theology to "religious studies" but like I ain't gonna say that. Mrs. Bird - I've heard pretty negative things about this teacher but compare to my theology teacher last year, she's great. She's really nice and clearly loves what she does (her nickname is because her last name sounds like a kind of bird)

2: English honors. Mrs. Mermaid - I freaking LOVE my teacher. She's so sweet and understanding, and she takes into consideration peoples mental health and wants to do her best to keep us from getting too overwhelmed and stuff so yeah also I'm a boss at English even though I hate it so this'll be a good class
(Nn: she used to be a professional mermaid)

3: Spanish honors. Mrs. Shoe - same teacher as last year, much better material. There's only 15 people in my class, and only 4 others are my age (nn - her last name is Spanish for shoe if you change the last letter)

4: fucking pe. Coach Sideburns

The coach pretty chill tho (nn is kinda obvious)

5: Choir. Mr. Patrick - my director is one of my favorite people he's so sweet I love him. He was the music director for our school musical last year so he knows my voice pretty well and knows how he can work with me on it. Also class in the chapel instead of the music room cause the percussion ensemble needs it at the same time (nn he has a Patrick Star pin on his ID)

6: world geo honors. Mr. Old - also a great teacher. This is his first year at this school and he seems really nice. He also really cares about mental health and creating a comfortable learning environment for us so it's easier to learn. He doesn't assign homework and He wants to get yellow light lamps in his classroom so we don't have to use the horrid fluorescent lights (nn I can't explain without saying his last name but people who know him will get it)

7: Environmental science AP. Mr DnD - college credit bb
My teacher is great, basically everything Kaylen said when she talked about him in her book
Most of my class is my grade, but there's also four people who aren't, two of which are seniors (nn his initials are DD and he's a big ole nerd)

8: geometry honors. Mrs. Circle- literally my best subject I'm really good a lot geometry. Our teacher is so sweet and chill. Just a sweet older lady who likes math and art (nn idk she has art in her room with a bunch of circles on it I couldn't think of anything else)

Anyway yeah i hope you a got a bit of a laugh out of this
