Broken (A Cimorelli Fanfiction)

She reminds me of a mixture of Christina, Lisa, and me. She sorta looks like if Chris and Lisa had a baby, and her personality reminds me of me. She also reminds me of Lisa because she seems like she's having trouble with food. I mean, maybe she just wasn't hungry, but normal people don't look that panicked when it's time to eat. Not that she's not normal, but I mean like people who don't have issues. Ugh, that still sounded bad. I swear I don't mean it that way, but there's no other way to say it. 

Anyways, I think at least Christina knows something. Probably Lisa too, but I won't push right now. Their probably waiting to see how it plays out as well. After a few minutes, Kath and Alexandria come back and sit down in their spots without a word. Lisa notices the uncomfortable silence and starts talking. 

"So what movie are we watching?" She asks, flipping through Netflix. We all kinda look at each other and shrug. Lisa turns towards us and dramatically sighs.

"You gotta answer the question, you rats." 

"Who are you calling a rat!" Dani says, standing up. 

"You, ya rat!" Lisa says, sticking her tongue out at Dani. 

"Oh, it's on now!" Dani pushes her sleeves up and starts making bull noises like she's gonna charge at Lisa. Which she probably is.  Kath and I jump off the couch so we don't get hit, and I grab Alexandria's hand and pull her with us, both of us laughing, Chris pushes Lisa to the middle of the couch so Dani doesn't hit her head on the arm when she lands, and Amy films the whole thing. All of this happens in about a second, so Dani was still "warming up." She suddenly runs and jumps in a log position on Lisa's lap. Lisa makes an "oof" sound, and we all laugh as she gets the wind knocked out of her. When she regains her breath, she playfully glares down at Dani. 

"You. Little. Rat!" She pokes Dani with every word, then starts tickling her. Dani starts screaming and thrashing around, but Christina is holding her down. Finally, she rolls off the couch and back into her position on the floor and glares at Lisa and Chris, then the rest of us. We're all doubled over with tears in our eyes from laughing so much. Especially Alexandria, who has never experienced this before. We all go back to our seats, still laughing, and sit down.

When we sit, I look down and realize that I'm still holding hands with Alexandria. We look up at each other, and she quickly releases my hand. She looks down at the ground, and I realize her face is red. I stare at her for a second, then grab her hand again. She looks up at me surprised, and I lean over and whisper in her ear. 

"It's okay, I've heard I can have a comforting presence. I want you to be comfortable here, and if holding your hand is what it takes, well, it could be worse." We both laugh quietly at that. 

"How about Pitch Perfect?" Alexandria whispers to me. I nod. 

"Lisa! Pitch Perfect?" Everyone gasps and nods in excitement. Chris looks at Alexandria.

"Are you okay with that?" 

"I've never seen-" She gets cuts off by everyone gasping and exclaiming. 

"Okay!" Lisa yells to quiet everyone down, "We'll watch Pitch Perfect tonight. All three." I giggle and Alexandria looks at me questioningly. 

"Me and you are gonna be the only ones awake by the end of the second one. Maybe Kath too."

"How-" 

"You don't look like someone who sleeps early." She smiles and we get comfy as Lisa starts the movie. About halfway through the first one, Christina is asleep and Amy is almost asleep but wants to see the end. By the time we start the second one, Amy and Dani are both asleep. By the beginning of the third, Lisa and Kath are asleep. By the end of the third, Alexandria and I are the last ones up. Both of us are wide awake, so I turn off the tv and lean over to her.
