Katherine's pov

"...and I'm a little worried. I love our fans, and I love that they tell us their stories and struggles. I love that they can open up so much, but-"

"You're worried it will trigger her. Or something along that line," I finish for Lauren. She sighs and nods.

"She just seems so much better now, so happy, and I don't want her to go back to where she was," Lauren says. Christina wraps an arm around her from one side and I do the same on her other side.

"Oh, Laur..." Christina quietly chuckles, shaking her head.

"What?"

"You're just... so in love. And I know there is no man, but if there were, you would totally be it."

"What do you mean?" Lauren asks, so I chime in.

"Like, you're the big spoon, y'know. You're the top in this relationship, which nobody would ever expect, but here we are."

"Kath!" Lauren exclaims in shock, her face red from embarrassment.

"What? It's true!" I say, shrugging. Christina is trying to hold back laughter.

"Stop!" Lauren says, covering her face.

"Okay, but we both know it's-"

"Anyways," Christina cuts me off. "What I meant was how you act. Like how you asked her out and she always ends up on your lap-"

"Well that's because A, she's like three pounds, and B, I'm scared to break her. She looks so fragile."

"True. And also because of what we were just talking about. Nick was exactly that way with me when I told him about my depression," Christina says. "He was so worried about me getting triggered, but I told him I would be fine. Besides, she seems so happy and we will always be there for her."

"I guess... but people can also be really good a hiding things. Like remember when I-"

"Alright, let's go rats! Inside for the game!" Alexandria interrupts all of us and waves us towards her. She walks in and we follow her. She sits with all three of her girl cousins, Brooklynn in her lap. She motions for all of us to sit on this big circular chair-couch-stool thing and we do. Dani, Lauren, Amy, and I sit on it, and Lisa and Christina sit on the ground in front of it. That way none of us are unseen in the middle- especially Amy.

"Okay, so basically, you six have to ask us questions- things you know the answer to, like what color is your shirt- and we will all answer. We all have the same 'ailment'," Alexandria explains, putting air quotes around ailment. "It isn't anything real, like depression, it is something that we are all doing. Got it?" We all nod reluctantly.

"Good, you shouldn't all the way have it. Go!" She says then sits back. We all look at each other for a second.

"I'll go first!" Christina, Lisa, and Amy all say.

"Oh! You two go!" Amy says and we all shake our heads.

"Alright, weirdo. Step aside for the eldest. Technically I'm already in front, but still!" Christina says. I look at the others in the room and all of them are looking at us with amused expressions.

"Okay, first off, Chris, you're the weird one. Secondly, I'm like the older version of Lauren. So, step aside, shrimpy," Lisa says.

"What do I have to do with this?" Lauren pipes up.

"I don't know, it seemed useful at the time," Lisa says, shrugging.

"Alright listen up-" Christina starts but Alexandria cuts them off, annoyed.
