Lion Guard: The Journey To The Tree Of Life

Chapter 12 The Final Moja Kwa Mojo Stone

Last time, the lion guard left Buku and the beavers to continue there journey to the tree of life to help Ono and Kion. The guard are walking In a clearing on there way to the snowy mountains and pound.

Kion P.O.V

I couldnt stop thinking about what Buku said to me "Follow your heart, your heart will lead you to happiness and happiness will lead you to love, "How do I tell Fuli, what if she doesn't feel the same? *sigh* 

As Kion walked forward Fuli was behind him looking up ahead.

Fuli P.O.V

I can't stop thinking about what Buku said Follow your heart, your heart will lead you to happiness and happiness will lead you to love. After helping Kion last night I can see what Buku was talking about but I fear he doesn't feel the same.

"Hey Kion, Fuli you two okay," Bunga asks trying to get their attention, as Bunga spoke both Kion and Fuli snapped out of it. 

"Woah you guys look like you have seen a ghost," Makini said.

"Sorry, just a little tired" Kion said smiling.

"Just thinking about the pride lands," Fuli said.

"Well don't worry after we get to the tree of life we'll be headed back to the pride lands," Beshte said reassuringly.

As the lion guard continue walking they felt the cold and wet feeling of snow underneath their feet. "Looks like we're here" Beshte pointed out.

"Anga do you see the Moja Kwa Moja stone," Kion asked

"Let me take a look," Anga said before launching herself in the sky flying around.

"Hey guys over here" Bunga yelled.

The guard followed Bunga's voice and saw him near the pound, as the guard looked up they saw a stone in the middle, and on the rock, there was a painting on it. 

"Let's go," Bunga said running to it.

"Wait, Bunga what about the pound" Makini yelled

As Bunga ran he slipped on the ice and slid all the way into a snowbank, "You okay Bunga" Beshte asked.

Bunga's head peeked out of the snow, "Woah, can I do that again" Bunga said a little dizzy. As the guard came to follow Bunga they were careful so they didn't slip on the ice. Eventually, the guard reached the other side and was at the Moja Kwa Mojo stone.

"Makini" Fuli said looking back at Makini, "Right" Makini replied as she approached the stone and tapped her bakora staff on the painting. The painting started moving to show the pound with ice, and the snowy mountains, then the image showed the tree of life.

"Ono which way now," Kion asked.

"Let me see Hawaza Hawaza" Ono chanted, Ono saw a path leading to the tree of life. Looks like we have to find a path leading to the tree. 

"Anga take a look around," Kion asked politely

Anga flew up and started to fly around to look for a path they can take...

Kion backed up as he was feeling pain in his eye, Kion started to scratch it with his paw.

"Makini Tuliza," Fuli said as she looked back to Makini.

Right, here Kion have some tuliza" Makini said offering Tuliza, Kion walked over to Makini and ate the pedals in Makini's hand.

As Kion chewed on the tuliza Anga flew down landing beside Kion, all I saw was a cave" Anga reported.

"A Cave?" Bunga questions giving Anga a confused look, Anga lifted her wing pointing to her left. The lion guard all looked to the left and saw a cave entrance. The guard walked over to the cave and saw a painting on the wall, Makini walked over to it and tapped her staff on the painting. The painting moves to show light coming from the cave and then it switched to show an image of the tree of life.

"I guess we're going through this cave," Kion said.

"Are you sure Kion?" Fuli asked

"Yeah, the painting is on this rock so this has to be the way" Kion answered back.

Kion was the first one to enter the cave, but before the guard followed him Kion got hit out of the cave sliding over to Fuli. "KION" Fuli shouted as Kion landed in front of her Fuli placed one paw on Kion and went into an attack stance looking at the cave

"I'm Okay guys," Kion said as he got back up.

"What did that" Bunga question

"Not what, Who," a voice said from inside the cave, as the guard looked up two eyes appeared, then two more sets of eyes appeared beside the first pair.

"Who' there," Makini asked.

As Makini asked, three animals walked out of the cave, the guard had faces of shock when they saw who it was.

Suprise Lion Guard" Makucha said evilly.
