Meanwhile At The Tree Of Life

As the Lion Guard are all relaxing at the river to take a break Rani walks over to them, "Hello your majesty" Bunga greeted bowing. "Bunga I said you don't have to call me that," Rani said smiling, "What brings you here anyway," Fuli asked looking at Rani. "Can I speak to Kion?" Rani asked, "About what," Fuli asked curiously, "Just between me and him" Rani answered. Fuli gave a look to Rani, but before she said anything Kion returned, "Rani" Kion called noticing her here. "Can we speak in private Kion" Rani asked looking into Kion's eyes. "Um sure," Kion answered, Kion and Rani left heading to the top of the hill.

Fuli P.O.V

What was that about Rani wanting to speak to Kion alone, that's kinda suspicious especially the way she looked at him. Wait Why am I so bothered about this, and Why does Rani want us to stay so much too, WAIT.... the looks, the nuzzling, the way she speaks to Kion is it possible Rani doesn't want us to stay just because of the roar but because she likes.....KION

Bunga starts shaking Fuli and Fuli snaps out of her thoughts and the Lion Guard look at her, "You Okay Fuli" Anga asked. Fuli shakes her head, "Yeah I'm fine just thinking" Fuli answered. "I'm just going out for a run" Fuli explained before running. "Is she really ok?" Beshte asked, "I don't know" Ono answered.  "Come on were talking about Fuli she's fine" Bunga replied before crunching on water bugs. "Yeah maybe your right Little B" Beshte said relaxing in the water.

Meanwhile On Top Of The Hill

Rani and Kion sit beside each other looking out to the landscape of The Tree Of Life, "It's beautiful isn't it" Rani asked placing her paw beside Kion's. "Yeah it is beatiful" Kion replied enjoying the view, "Kion we need to talk" Rani explained. "Is it about us staying or leaving?" Kion asked nervously, "No Kion it's something else," Rani said hesitating a little. Kion turned and looked at Rani, "What's wrong Rani" Kion asked concerned, "Well at first when we first met I didn't like you that much I wanted you healed and gone" Rani explained smiling at Kion. Kion listens closely, "Then I'd say after Queen Janna passed you really helped me and I felt that, when you got hurt I felt your pain," Rani said looking at Kion in the eyes placing her paw on top of Kion's.

Meanwhile With Fuli

Maybe I'm just second-guessing things Rani wouldnt do that, I'm just overreacting Kion and I have been through so much. Like what Rafiki said Leap to Conclusions and You'll leap to confusions. I should head back with the others and wair till Rani and Kion return.

As Fuli turned she saw Rani and Kion at the top of the hill, "Oh there they are" Fuli said to herself walking to them. "Rani what are you trying to say," Kion asked hesitating more. Fuli was almost there but she stopped when she overheard what Rani said. "I love you Kion" Rani let out looking at Kion in the eyes and smiling. Kion was surprised to hear that from Rani, "Rani..I..Uh...Don't...know....what...to....say" Kion said stuttering. As Fuli looked Kion and Rani were face to face with their paws touching,  A tear dropped from Fuli and she quickly turned around and Ran heading to the mountains. Kion was still surprised he looked at Rani and she blushed, "Rani that's cute but..." Kion was saying. "I know you like Fuli and I'll respect that, I just need to get it out there" Rani explained feeling relived. "Thanks, Kion" Rani said nuzzling Kion's side before walking away.

As Rani left Kion blushed, Kion turned and looked up to the clouds, "Grandfather Mufasa" Kion called. The clouds formed together and a light came from above and Mufasa appeared, "Yes Kion I am Here" Mufasa said smiling. "I got a problem Grandfather" Kion admitted. "What's wrong Kion," Mufasa asked. "I love Fuli and I want to stay with her but Rani loves me too but I don't want to let her down either" Kion explained. Mufasa looked at Kion, "Kion all I can tell you is follow your heart Kion your heart will know what's true" Mufasa preached. Kion smiled, "Oh and Kion your speaking to the wrong person you need to speak to both Fuli and Rani and all three of you must talk" Mufasa explained. "Thank you, Grandfather," Kion said before the clouds cleared.

Meanwhile In The Backlands

Makucha and his all for one along with Kiba and his wolves have followed Zira into a cave. "I thought Zira had a pride called the outsiders" Makucha mentioned. Zira turned and gave Makucha a death stare, "I use to until Kovu and Vitani turned on me with the others and joined that Kiara and Simba" Zira explained with hatred. "How will we win then," Ora asked, "If we kill the leader everyone else will fall" Zira mentioned. "How does killing this Simba and Nala help us," Kiba asked impatiently. Zira looks at Kiba, "Listen to me wolf Kion and his lion guard are still at this place you call the tree of life, that means they can't save the pride lands, this gives us the chance to kill Kion's family" Zira explained. Kiba and Ruby looked at each other and smiled evilly, "How are we going to get in" Chuluun asked. "We enter through the outlands and we will head to pride rock that is where they live, leave that Simba and Nala to me you can kill the others" Zira explained evilly.

As all the villains smile evilly a skink crawls on the wall revealing herself to Zira, "Zira" The Skink greeted. "Everyone this is Shupavu she is our spy," Zira said introducing the skink. "A skink" Ora scoffed and rolled his eyes, Zira smiled evilly, "what news do you bring," Zira asked. "Kovu and Kiara are getting married" Shupavu explained. "How does that help" Ruby asked.  Zira looked at them, "The royal family will be setting a wedding for the two, Shupavu finds out when and where and we attack and kill all the lions" Zira explained evilly. All the villains nodded there heads and smiled Evilly at Zira.
