Lion Guard: The Journey To The Tree Of Life

Chapter 20 Kiba's Attack

As Kion was sleeping Fuli just kept petting Kion's head with her paw, "Hey Fuli" Rani said siling behind Fuli. Fuli turned and smiled, "take a seat Rani" Fuli offered, Rani walked over and sat down looking at Fuli and Kion. "Well looks like you took our advice," Rani said smiling, "Yeah you could say that," Fuli said smiling.  "So how did you figure it out," Rani asked, well after Kion woke up from another nightmare he couldnt stop yelling about Scar and I started to think about everything, our journey fro leaving the pride lands to head to the tree of life, and all the advice we received on the way" Fuli said explaining everything. Rani smiled and she looked at Fuli and Kion "by the looks of it your both perfect" Rani complemented. As Fuli and Rani talked Ono came flying quickly, "Is something wrong Ono" Fuli asked looking at Ono. "Makucha, Ora, Chuluun, and Mama Binturong were spotted near the tree of life again," Ono said worriedly. Rani quickly got up, "Ono lead the way," Rani said. "Do you need our help?" Fuli asked looking at Rani, "No the lion guard, and night pride can handle the four of them just watch Kion" Rani said as she ran following Ono.

As Rani, Ono and the night pride reach the tree of life and lots of animals are running but Beshte, Bunga, Anga, and Makini are holding Makucha and his team back. Rani, Ono, and the night pride rush to their aide and our all in front of Makucha and his all for one. "Get out of here Makucha," Rani said growling, "Yeah there are way more of us than you," Bunga said smiling. As Bunga said that Makucha started to laugh evilly, "Why are you laughing" Rani asked. "This time we're not alone," Makucha said laughing evilly. Then Rani got tackled and a wolf was on her, "Ruby" Rani said shocked while she was pinned down. As the night pride tried to help Rani, Rubu jumped off and was beside Makucha and Ruby howled in the sky. Within seconds Kiba and the wolves were by Makucha's sides. "KIBA!!" Rani yelled backing away, "that's a lot of animals," Bunga said backing up too. "Who are they Rani, "Beshte asked as they took a defensive stance. "Kiba and his wolf pack they were banished from the tree because they wanted to use the tree of life for power and control" Rani answered.

"ATTACK!!!" Kiba and Makucha yelled together, and like that Makucha and his all for one along with Kiba, Ruby, and their wolf pack started to attack the lion guard and the night pride. Both sides were fighting but Makucha side had more animals, "There are too many of them Rani" a lion said getting knocked back from a wolf. "We must defend the tree of life from these predators together," Rani said quickly dodging a wolf. "You heard Rani for the tree of life" a lion cheered before attacking a wolf. While the lion guard was fighting Makucha and his all for one. Bunga was on Ora but Mama Binturong slapped Bunga off, "Is it just me or have they improved as a team" Bunga said getting up. "I've noticed too," Beshte said charging into two wolfs knocking them back.  As Rani looked they were at a dead end surrounded by Makucha and Kiba's forces. "What a turn of events"

Meanwhile At The Field

Fuli noticed animals running into the forest, "Kion Kion wake up" Fuli said shaking Kion. Kion slowly opened his eyes and got up, "What wrong Fuli," Kion said yawning. Before Fuli said anything the elder ran over to them "Fuli Kion your friends need your help" the elder said. "What's going on," Fuli asked, "Makucha and his team are attacking but there working with wolves. Kion got up quickly and looked at Fuli, "You sure your ready Kion" Fuli asked concerned. "They need our help Fuli," Kion said running to where the lion guard are before Fuli followed the elder stopped her. "Make sure you watch him, I'll help the animals to safety," the elder said running to help the animals, Fuli quickly ran to catch up with Kion.

Meanwhile Back with the Lion Guard and Night Pride

They were all injured and cornered, "I guess it ends here" Ora said. Before Ora could bite Bunga Fuli leaped in and bounced off Ora's head landing beside Bunga. "Fuli," Bunga said looking at Fuli after Makucha saw that Kion came in and tackled Makucha. Kion quickly backed up dodging Ora's tail and was with the Lion Guard. "Is everyone Ok?" Kion said looking back at everyone, "We're ok for now" Rani said. Kion dug his paws in the ground ready to roar, "it's over Makucha" Fuli said, "You don't think we planned for this" Kiba said smiling evilly. Before Kion roared Ruby tackled Rani from behind and Rani and Ruby were fighting in the middle of Kiba and Makucha. "Roar and you'll hurt the precious night pride leader," Kiba said looking at the lion guard. Kion looked back at the Lion Guard and the Night Pride and saw their injuries. "ALL OF YOU LEAVE NOW THAT'S AN ORDER!!!" Rani shouted before Ruby pinned her head into the ground. "We need to leave," Kion said, quickly Besjte charged at the wolves on the left clearing a path and the Lion Guard ran. The Night Pride followed as their last option as they looked back seeing there leader trapped, "We'll come back and rescue you" one of the night pride said running ith the Lion guard heading into the forest.

Rani looked up and saw Kiba, "Sweet Rani you should rest," Kiba said before striking Rani in the side of the head knocking her out. Kiba turned to face everybody "EVERYONE THE TREE OF LIFE IS OURS!!!" Kiba yelled when Kiba yelled the wolves howled in the sky while Makucha and his group just smiled evilly. As the Villains celebrated their victory the Lion Guard, Night Pride, and all the animals that could escape all ran into the forest, and all they could feel was.....Defeat.
