Andrea's P.O.V:
Two words.
Fuck me!
Those are the words I've been repeating over and over in my head for the past five minutes. Ryder is standing in front of me waiting for me to say something.
"Wow. I'm happy for you." Is all I can mutter without bursting into frustrated tears.
He gives me a strained smile, knowing how much it pains me to know he is leaving.
"Why?" I ask, why is he leaving? Isnt he happy here? Is it because of me? Why cant he stay?
"I can't tell you, Rea. But know it's for the best."
He doesnt trust me.
That hurts.
I never thought that he would just leave without telling me why, but I guess he is.
Everyone leaves me sooner or later, no one wants to stay. Well if he wants to leave then I'm going to make it very very easy for him.
"When are you leaving?" I ask, a million thoughts in my mind.
"Tomorrow. I have talked with the principal and because of my good grades he has agreed for an early graduation for me. I'm having a farewell party today and I'd appreciate it if you could make it there as my date." He tells all in one breath.
My heart flutters at the thought of being his date, maybe this would be the closure we need before parting ways.
I nod my head and he gives me a real smile, I am going to miss him.
"I'll pick you up by six, princess." He winks and runs off towards the school.
I go back home and on the way decide what to wear? Is it a casual party or something grand?
Maybe I'll look through Rebecca's clothes and find something, she always has the best clothes for each occasion.
I reach home and run towards Rebecca's room, I start looking through her closet.
Too dark.
Too light.
Too shiny.
Too dull.
Jesus is this a wedding gown?
This is perfect!
I find a off shoulder, lace dress, it looks pretty and elegant yet trendy, perfect for a farewell.
I take a long hot water shower to relax my body and then start getting dressed and apply light makeup, just a bit of blush, dab of mascara and a slight tint of pink on my lips.
Now for hair, what do I do with my hair?
I decide to just brush my hair and leave it loose.
