15. Yeosang x Wooyoung

Story plot: Wooyoung is confident, maybe even a little too confident. He and Yeosang started dating during the time ATEEZ was being formed. At first it was amazing. Wooyoung made Yeosangs confidence grow but now it's breaking down piece by piece. Wooyoung keeps going out to party, something Yeosang refuses to do because it makes him feel really self-concious. One night he gets a disturbing phone call from his boyfriend and he rushes to pick him up.

All the members are so happy to see how Wooyoung makes Yeosang much more confident. He's still a bit shy and doesn't talk much, but that's okay. Whenever Yeosang speaks up, his words are filled with confidence.

I can't believe I'm actually feeling confident Yeosang thinks to himself on a regular basis. He knows it's all thanks to his outgoing boyfriend Wooyoung.

I do look really good in this outfit Yeosang thinks. Years ago, he would have never said such a thing about himself.

I don't agree with that; words that Yeosang would never say out loud, but thanks to Wooyoung he dares to speak up.

Lately everything is moving a bit rough between them. Wooyoung has been going out a lot more than he usually would. They always have a movie night together on friday, but Yeosang isn't even surprised anymore if Wooyoung cancels last minute because he's going to yet another party.

This friday, Yeosang doesn't even bother anymore to get everything ready. Usually he'd be the one getting the drinks and snacks waiting for Wooyoung to finish his shower and come cuddle with him on the couch in the living room.

San walks downstairs and looks over at Yeosang. "Shouldn't you be preparing for your firday night movie night thing? Woo has finished his shower like 10 minutes ago" "No" is the only thing Yeosang can say right now. San furrows his eyebrows as he sits down besides Yeosang. "Sangie is everything alright between you two? This whole friday night is your holy thing right?" "Yeah but he made others plans. It's fine. I can't force him to watch another movie with me." San feels something isn't right. Wooyoung was never like this, but he doesn't want to force Yeosang to speak up. "Are you sure? I'm always here if you need someone to talk to okay?" "Yeah I'm sure thanks Sannie" Yeosang says as he forces a smile on his face. It's probably just a phase, eventually he'll come back to me, right?

San decided to leave it there making his way to the kitchen to grab something to drink. Yeosang turned on the TV by now, waiting for his gorgeous boyfriend to go out again. About 30 minutes later Wooyoung walks downstairs. "Are you sure you don't want to come? It's so much fun!" "No I'm good. I'm not really a party type of guy" "Alright, later babe!" He pecks Yeosangs lips quickly and makes his way out the door. Babe? What happened to baby or Sangie? I love you too I guess?  Yeosang sighs as he flips through the channels. He knows his boyfriend will come home drunk and he's not sure if he wants to drag his drunk ass upstairs again.

The following friday, Wooyoung promised him he wouldn't go out. Last week he was so drunk, he didn't even realize Yeosang was his boyfriend. Yeosang got really angry at him for that and Wooyoung apologized saying that wasn't suppose to happen. Yeosang, still being the sweetest guy, forgave him as long as he promised he would watch a movie with him that friday. Wooyoung promised he would, he promised.

Yeosang is singing a song in the kitchen while preparing Wooyoungs favorite movie snacks and grabbing the drinks from the fridge. They decided they would watch a romantic movie together. "Bye babe! See ya later!" Yeosang stops singing and looks up. "Where are you going?" Stupid question Yeosang thinks based on the way Wooyoung is dressed up. "Out with some guys." Yeosang bites down on his lip unsure if he's feeling angry or hurt right now. "You promised me. You fucking promised me we'd watch a movie!" "Oh shit, is it friday already?" "Yes" Yeosang grits through his teeth. "Oh well what about tomorrow? Sorry I really can't cancel this." Yeosang shrugs not even bothered to walk over for a kiss "Maybe" "Ah thanks for understanding babe I'm sorry. I'll make it up to you tomorrow!" "Yeah. Bye." "Bye!" Wooyoung slams the door shut behind him.

Yeosang stares at all the little snacks he prepared for them, knowing he can't save them until tomorrow. As tears form in his eyes he grabs a garbage bag throwing everything in it.

San woke up from the sound of a door being slammed shut, which could only mean one thing. He gets out of bed and walks downstairs hearing movement in the kitchen "Yeosang?" "What?!" Yeosang shouts as tears stream down his cheeks. "Sangie.." San walks over to his friend, putting the bag on the ground and wrapping his arms around him. "I knew everything wasn't okay. Is he-" "Mhm of course he is. Promises don't seem to matter anymore" Yeosang sobs as he feels San rub his back softly to calm him down. "I know it won't make up for the thing he's done, but I can watch a movie with you" and Yeosang smiles and nods "That would be nice Sannie". Where would he be without his friends.

As the movie is coming to an ending Yeosang hears his phone ring. He grabs it from the table and looks at the caller-ID "Wooyoungie" it says. Wooyoung never calls him, ever. Especially not when he's going out with other guys. "Everything okay?" San asks as he looks over at Yeosang "Yeah uhm, it's Wooyoung.." San sits up as Yeosang answers the phone.

"Sangie.." Wooyoung manages to say.

"Woo where are you? Why are you calling me?" Yeosang asks.

"I- I need help"

"Help with what? Wooyoung what the hell is going on? You're scaring me"

"I- It hurts"

"What.." "Woo?" "Wooyoung answer me! Where are you?!" "WOOYOUNG!"

"NO!" Yeosang screams as he end the phone call. "You need to track Wooyoungs iPhone right now! I'm gonna put my shoes on!" "Yeosang what's going on?" "I don't know just please look!" San nods as Yeosang runs to the hallway to put his shoes and jacket on, grabbing an extra thick one for Wooyoung. "Got it!" San yell from the couch "Do you want me to come?" Yeosang shakes his head "I got this. Thank you Sannie!" He grabs his phone, jumps in the car and speeds to the place where Wooyoungs iPhone was last active.

Yeosang parks the car on the sidewalk as he looks around getting closer to Wooyoungs phone. In a small alley he sees a guy laying on the cold ground. "WOOYOUNG!" Yeosang screams and runs over to his boyfriend and kneels down. "Wooyoung baby, Woo, it's me" Yeosang places soft kisses on his head as Wooyoung slowly opens his eyes to looks at his boyfriend. "I- I'm so sorry Sangie" he says as he starts sobbing. "No time to talk now baby, we'll talk later. What happened? Where are you hurt?" Yeosang carefully helps Wooyoung in the thick jacket he brought. "T- they beat me up. My head hurts." Yeosang helps Wooyoung to sit up and quickly makes sure he's not bleeding anywhere. "Let's go home, it's freezing cold" Yeosang helps Wooyoung get up as they slowly make their way to the car. Wooyoung is limping "Ah my ankle" he mumbles "I'll put some ice on it at the dorm". Yeosang opens the car door helping Wooyoung inside. As he gets in, they drive in silence back to the dorm. Yeosang is still hurt and pissed off, but now he needs to make sure his boyfriend is okay.

Back at the dorm Yeosang made sure Wooyoung was comfortable on the couch with ice on his ankle and wrapped up in warm blankets. "Sangie.. I'm so sorry. I've been so stupid. I could have lost you but you still stayed by my side." Yeosang sighs "You really hurt me Woo, but I still love you. And this isn't going to be solved with a simple sorry and forgiveness. I'm not leaving you okay, but we need to work this out." Wooyoung nods carefully "I really love you Yeosang" "i still love you too Wooyoung" Yeosang says as he places a kiss on his boyfriends forehead. "Get some rest okay. We'll talk tomorrow." Wooyoung nods as he closes his eyes and drifts off to sleep.
