*One month later*

I was walking to the Curtis house to pick up my jacket I left there when I felt like someone was watching me.

I turned around to look behind me but was met with the same sight; no one behind me.

I narrowed my eyes in confusion and continued to walk, but just a little faster than before.

When I reached the Curtis house and opened the door it was empty as expected.

Everyone was busy today, so I would just be picking up my jacket and leaving.

My brain was very distracted today and it kept wondering between a bunch of different thoughts. None of them reminding me of where I left my jacket.

I chuckled when I though about Dally storming off in the movie theatre because Mikey was sitting 'too close to me' even though he was two chairs away from me, and coming back not even a few minutes after saying "What was I thinking leaving you alone with him?" and he sat angrily, slumped in the chair the rest of the movie.

I smiled when I remembered Mikey and I going to get ice cream and how he dropped his ice cream cone on the ground, and picked it up and started to rub it in my face.

Then I thought on how I have rarely seen Pony around.

I have seen him once in the past three weeks, and neither Soda or Darry know where he goes because he's gone first thing in the morning and till late at night when everyone is sleeping.

I began to think that he was up to something shady rather than a girl, and I was worried.

I jumped from my thoughts when I heard someone in Soda's and Pony's bedroom.

It startled me because no one was supposed to be here, so I quickly went to the kitchen grabbing a knife and gripped it tightly.

I was shaking slightly thinking of what to do.

It was most likely a robber because Darry never locks the door, so I slowly walked towards the closed door.

My fingers were white around the knife that I was gripping tightly, and my breathing was unsteady.

When I reached the door I placed my ear on the door to see if I could make out what exactly was going on.

My face heated red as I heard the sound again, and I opened the door a crack.

When I looked inside I immediately slammed the door open.

"I knew it!" I yelled causing an entangled Pony and Cherry to fumble around in the messy bed sheets.

"Gracie!" Pony yells angrily as he hides his exposed chest with the bed sheets, as Cherry blushes and looks down at the sheets not daring to look at me.

Oh please I've seen your entire backside naked before.

I could tell by the red on his ears that he wasn't as mad as he was embarrassed.

 I mentally rolled around laughing.

Pony was the one of the only ones younger than me, so that means I get to boss him around.

"I hope you two are being safe" I say with a wink to Pony as I close the door and silently walk out of the house not caring about my jacket anymore.

When I finally exited I bursted out laughing.

I would never let Pony hear the end of this.

It was a boring day considering everyone, including Mikey was busy.
