I woke up with only a minor headache and for a second I thought I was dead because I should be feeling way more pain than I am right now.
My eyes were open, but they were covered by something.
I jolted up to see the group who were all waiting patiently by me jump from my sudden movement.
"I'm not dead right?" I ask as I look around curiously.
Darry chuckles slightly before answering, "no, you're perfectly fine, just a bruise that's all" he says calmly.
"Just a BRuiSe?" I ask in astonishment, my voice breaking.
I took a painful beating, and only one single bruise made it's way onto my skin?
"I guess Sandy just has weak punches" Dally says shrugging his shoulders as he hands me a cold glass of water.
"You should see her face though Gracie, you left her with a broken nose and a fractured hand... I mean that was her own doing" Two says.
"What is it with you and peoples noses?" Steve asks amused.
I shrug my shoulders and take a sip of water.
"You're all sure that nothing else is wrong?" I ask confused, but I surprisingly don't really feel anything, just sore.
"No, nothing else, we made sure of it" Two says with a wink.
"Hey" Dally shoots giving a glance towards Two.
I realized that Soda was awfully quiet, and I kind of felt bad, but for Soda not for Sandy.
I don't say anything and instead ask, "so am I expelled?"
Dally chuckles, "yeah, we tried to get you out of it, but they were pretty strict about it" he says while heading to the kitchen.
For some reason I didn't want to leave Dally's side and I got up to follow him to the kitchen.
When I was walking there I heard Steve ask, "so what caused you guys to fight like that?" the question made me chuckle.
Dally looked at me as I came up beside him in the kitchen, "what do you need?" he asks confused as I just stand by him.
I ignore his question and turn around to answer Steve's
I could feel Dally's eyes roll from behind me, and heard the fridge door open, and the sound of a beer bottle being opened.
"I put a snake in her locker" I tell them chuckling from remembering the look of fear in her eyes.
I heard Dallas choke on his beer from behind me, and the gangs eyes widen.
I was waiting for the laughter to take over, but instead Darry slammed his newspaper on the side table and stood up from his chair.
Oh nO, it's never good when Darry get's up from his chair while in the middle of reading the paper.
Run.
Run before you die.
My flight instincts didn't kick in, and I was left looking up at a pissed off Darry.
"You did what?" Darry asks in a deep voice.
I could feel Dally's body press up against the back of mine, but I'm to busy peeing my pants while looking up at a terrifying beast.
"I.I- I put a snake in Sandy's locker?" I tell them still confused on why it was a big deal.
This time it was Soda to angrily get up from where he was seated.
