*Gracie's POV*

I wake up to whispers coming from behind me.

I'm so tired.

My eyes finally adjust to the light and I see that my face is pressed into Dally's hard chest, his arms wrapped around me.

The whispers start again, and this time I can partly hear what they are saying.

"They're so cute," "look at them," "they look so comfortable".

I recognized the voices almost immediately.

I jolted up from Dallas's arms and spin around quickly to see them.

My grandpa, my grandma, and my mom.

I let out a little squeak and covered my mouth with my hands in disbelief.

They're awe struck faces turned into huge smiles as they stare me down.

I eyed each and everyone of them.

My grandpa looked happier, and the purple bags under his eyes somehow disappeared, and his slender body grew more bulky.

My grandma had a huge smile from ear to ear, her dimples denting her cheeks. The fabric around her hair was gone, and it was replaced with curly light brown hair. Some of her wrinkles have vanished too.

I then looked over to the last figure... my mom.

She had tears in her eyes, but she kept strong and didn't let any fall. Her lips were soft and plump quivering slightly as she tried to keep her guard up. Her dark green eyes looked me in my own, and it was as if I was looking into my own forest green eyes.

Her dark brown haired waved down to her shoulders, and her makeup was gone leaving her silky tan skin on display.

Her bruises and scars were gone too, and her slender body grew with more muscle leaving her to look like an athlete.

I let my hands fall from my face still in astonishment, and try to open my mouth to speak to only have my voice fail me.

My mom helped me out, and spoke out first.

"My beautiful baby girl"

Her voice was soft and sweet, and it didn't sound pained like the one I grew up with for thirteen years.

It was a complete contrast.

I finally manage to get something out, "m-mom" I say as I let my tears fall from my eyes.

Her smile only grew bigger and she opened her arms out for a hug.

I didn't even feel my legs moving but soon I was crashing into her with full force.

As soon as our bodies touched, she enclosed me into her arms and held on tight.

I did the same.

I could feel some of her warm tears fall onto my back, and her sniffles were very clear.

"Mom" I let out as a sob as I pull her into me even tighter.

"Gracie" she whispers, her voice to weak from crying to get it out as anything else.

"I love you!" I cry out in between my sobs as I suffocate myself in her shoulder.

I was almost as tall as her, but she still had an inch on me.

"I love you too!" she sobs.

We stay connected, suffocating each other with our vigorous hold.

I could hear a few other sniffles, and my mom must have two because we both ended up pulling away to look at where they were coming from.
