Nag-start na ang birthday ni Francis at nandito ang lahat ng kabarkada niya. At ito ako.... Naka-tingin kay Darwin at Tiara, Dustin at Tricia at kina Francis at Laureen na nag-lalambingan. Sila na sweet.
Bakit kaya wala pa si Reil? Jusme. Ang tagal. Hindi siguro nakabili ng regalo para kay Francis. Tagal naman niya.
"Huy."
"Ayyy... Ang tagal ni Reil!"
"Arrruuuuu.... Ikaw ah. Hinihintay mo pala ako."
Tumingin ako sa side ko at nakita ko si Reil na naka-ngiti. Putspa. Bakit ganito itsura niya? Nakaka-in love, Lord. Mala-anghel ang pagmumukha niya.
"Syempre. Tignan mo sila oh. Nakaka-O.P kaya."
"So, kapag nandito na ako.... Hindi ka na out of place sa kanila?"
"Ewan ko sa'yo."
Aalis na sana ako pero niyakap niya ako. Sus. Kinikilig ako. My ghad!!!! Lord!!! I'm so much kilig!! Bakit niya po ako niyayakap? Tumatalon na po 'yung puso ko!!
"Eto oh. Binilhan na rin kita ng regalo."
"Bakit ako? Birthday ko ba?"
"Kinikilig ka lang."
"Che! Hindi noh! Kapal mo!"
"Alangan namang manipis!"
"Hey. Nag-aaway nanaman kayo." Dave.
"Hindi ah." Me and Reil.
"Lokohin niyo pa ako."
"Mr. Birthday Celebrant, gusto mo na bang i-start ang slow dance?" Emcee.
Sosyal diba? May emcee pang nalalaman ang gunggong. Hahaha!!! Sosyal kasi si future brother kaya ganyan. Pag-pasensyahan na po.
"Sige!!"
Tumayo na ang ibang lalaki at kinuha ang mga girlfriend nila. Sweet naman. Buti nalang wala akong boyfriend dahil hindi ako marunong sumayaw.
"Wanna dance?" Reil.
"No way. I don't dance."
"I'm here to guide you. C'mon. Just this dance. Please. Para lang naman sa kaibigan mong gwapo at magaling kumanta."
"Dahil sa sinabi mong 'yan, hindi na. Wag nalang."
"Joke lang naman ah. Halika na, please."
Hinila niya ako at nag-sayaw kami. Bad trip talaga si Reil..... Pero, first dance ko 'to. Shems. First dance ko si Reil!!!! Yay! Thank you so much, Lord.
"Put your left hand on my shoulder."
Sinunod ko naman siya at parang may naramdaman ako na spark. In love na talaga ako kay Reil.
"Your right hand sa left hand ko. And let's sway. Pero wait lang. Hindi pa tumutugtog yung kanta."
Hinawakan ko 'yung kamay niya at nilagay niya ang kamay niya sa bewang ko. Shems. I felt sparks and butterflies.
