JUGHEAD POV

"Put on your seatbelt, please." Betty said. I rolled my eyes and buckled my seatbelt. I looked over at her so concentrated on driving. Her car keys had a crucifix keychain attached to it too. She clicked the radio to the soft pop station. I changed it to rock music and then turned it back to soft pop. I pressed the rock music button again and Betty sighed. "I forfeit."

"Thank you."

"42."

"42? What's 42?" I asked looking over at her.

"42 is become friends with someone I don't like. You're the person I don't like that I became friends with. It's a to do list I have." Betty nodded.

"Like getting a new personality?" I sassed. Betty giggled and shook her head.

"Go on a church mission trip. Make a medical discovery. Get a tattoo." She said. That was shocking. She's a goody-goody nerd and hardcore Christian. But wants to get a tattoo? When you think Christian, you think tattoo.

"What's your number one?"

"I'd tell you, but then I'd have to kill you." Betty smirked. I gave a smirk and looked out the window. We were passing Pops Chocklit Shoppe and I saw my friends standing there in the parking lot. I know for sure that I can't let them see me. I ducked down so they couldn't see me and I waited until the car passed Pops. When it finally did, I sat up again. I sighed in relief and I was confident again.
