JUGHEAD POV
That Friday night, I had finished the telescope. It was a lot of work and a lot of money but I did it. Betty and I were on her balcony and she was so happy.
"Thank you so much." She smiled and kissed me.
"You should go try it out." I said. I helped Betty walk over to the telescope. She looked in it and she giggled.
"Wow." She said. I didn't screw it up. It's actually working.
"C-come look. Hurry." Betty said. I helped guide her to the chair. She sat down and I looked through the telescope. I could see the comet. It was blue and so pretty. I looked away and went next to Betty's chair. I knelt down next to her. She was just looking at the night sky and smiling.
"Do you love me?" I asked her. She looked over at me and smiled.
"Of course, I do." She replied.
"Can you do something for me then?"
"Anything." She smiled. I pulled own the box from my pocket and opened it. I was showing her the diamond ring.
"Will you marry me?"
