" dear beloved brother, could you walk faster ?"

renjun said sarcastically as he turned around. his said brother was walking at a very slow pace, that's triggering his punctual being. yukhei rolled his eyes at the shorter's statement.

they are supposed to be at school ten minutes ago, but since yukhei's not really a morning person, they're running short on time. it's making renjun go insane. and his brother's not even showing effort to hurry.

" 'dear beloved brother, could you walk faster'? yeah right, like I asked for this ." he mimicked renjun's voice annoyingly. " if it weren't for mom and dad, I won't be here ."

the energetic 12 years old ran to the school's gate, leaving his 20 years old brother who was suffering behind. he hasn't walked this much since graduating primary school. sure, he works out a lot, but walking isn't something he enjoys to do.

he scans the school. filled with loud children and nagging mothers. he groaned, he wants to go home already. he just wants to spend his semester break with video games and junk food. but his mother just had to ruin it by sending him to renjun's parents-teacher conference.

first of all, their parents are alive and well, so he really doesn't understands why he had to go. second, he's a virgin, not someone's parent. third, he hates his brother and vice versa. how fucked up is this?

" huang renjun, wait up ."

yukhei called out, but his little brother couldn't care less and continued running. it must been the caffeine effect from the coffee he stole from his father.

" oh my gosh, where did this kid gets this stamina from ? hey, injun! I said, wait for me ."

suddenly, renjun stopped and yukhei bumped into him. he lifted his brow in confusion. he tried calling him, but there were no response. he snapped his fingers, yet renjun's still frozen like a doll. then, he peeked into the classroom in front of them.

a korean boy renjun's age was reading a book by himself. he's fine, for a kid. sharp jawline, soft lips, sun-kissed skin, brown eyes, black hair. not as good-looking as himself, but might be when he's older.

he then turned to his brother. renjun was awfully quiet for the very first time in his life and his face was flushing bright pink. yukhei smirked as he got the idea of what's happening.

" you like him, huh ?"

renjun turned back and hit his brother. yukhei whisper-yelled an 'ow' and the shorter rolled his eyes.

" shut up. don't you dare to embarrass me in front of him ."

he was quick on his feet to drag yukhei away before the taller could call the boy out. because he knows exactly how his brother is. teasing 24/7 without regret.

" what's his name ?"

" lee jeno. he's my classmate. and yes, I'm into him ."

" he's too hot for you, kiddo ."

renjun stomped on his feet and yukhei let out an 'ow' again through gritted teeth. he swore, his little brother would be the cause of his death one day.

" what happened to sookyun, your girlfriend ?" yukhei changed the topic.

" well, I was never into her. but I did thanked her for helping me discover my sexuality. if it wasn't for her, I won't know what the g in lgbt stands for until now ."

yukhei chuckled and ruffled renjun's brown hair. growing up, their father always told them that lgbt stands for 'lemon granola beer tea' which was sort of a drink. when they were little, it seems normal. but now it doesn't makes any sense.
