Days have passed and I haven't heard anything from Papa. Maybe he tried to distance for a while para bigyan ako ng time to digest and accept everything.

We were busy in school at ngayon lang ako natuwa sa dami ng gagawin. I needed this diversion. I needed time. I'm not heartless like what other thought of me, this things that happened to me is too much.

"Gf, nakakamiss ng mag-party. Bakit ba ang sipag natin ngayon?" Maia said while tapping her fingers above the table.

"Gumawa ka na lang dyan. 'Wag ka ng magreklamo."

While we were busy doing one of our project, someone approached us. I looked up and saw my half-sister Keyla. She's smiling like nothing happened.

"Hi Ate Elli!" She waved her hand at us and sat beside me. "I baked brownies for you Ate. I hoped you like it."

I just stared at her. Why was she acting like this? As if we were that close.

Napangiwi siya dahil hindi ko siya pinansin.

Narinig ko ang pagtikhim ni Maia kaya hinarap ko ito. Nagtaas ito ng kilay like she was asking what's going on. I drew a small breath and look again to Keyla.

"Go! Hindi ako mahilig diyan. Paano mo nalaman na nandito ako?" Her smile instantly gone.

"Ahh ganun ba Ate. Ano kasi..." Her eyes look everywhere avoiding my eyes, like she was nervous of something. "..pinagtanong ko dito kung nasaan ka. Ano ba gusto mo? I can make it for you."

"What do you want?" I don't want to sound rude and to offend her but I'm not yet ready for this and I don't know when will I be.

"I know you don't want to see me but I want you to know that I will do everything para matanggap mo ko or at least we can be friends." She sounds sincere but I can't decide right now. I stayed silent and stared at her. "Can you talk to Papa again?" Hearing her call him Papa sent shiver down my spine.

"I will try." It was almost a whisper.

She smiled wider and hugged me. "Thank you Ate. Promise we will not come anymore so you two can talk properly. Sorry about that night."

"Marami pa kaming gagawin. If you wouldn't mind." Nilingon niya ang ginagawa namin at si Maia.

"I'm sorry Ate Elli. Iwanan ko na din 'tong brownies. Mauna na ko." She said and walked away.

"She's my half sister from Papa." I know Maia will asked me kaya inunahan ko na siya. Nanglaki ang mata niya at napahawak sa bibig.

"Are you alright, gf?" She held my hand.

"I'm not. I still don't know what to do but I'm trying to understand everything."

"Whatever happen, always remember that you have a beautiful and sexy friend you can talk to." We both laugh.

"You're like a sister to me El."

I nodded and gave her my sweetest smile.

Sinandal ko ang ulo ko sa sofa at hinipan ang buhok ko. Ang sakit na ng ulo ko kakaaral.

"Tapos mo na yung pina-solve ko sa'yong problems?" Tanong ni Levi habang nakatayo sa harap ko at nakahawak sa baywang niya.

"Sasabog na utak ko. Break muna." I pouted and gave him my puppy eyes. Effective 'to lagi sa kanya.

Umiling lang siya at bumuntonghininga.

"Fine. I'll order pizza. Pahinga ka muna."

Humiga ako sa sofa at pinatong ang paa ko sa sinandalan ko kanina. I closed my eyes because I feel sleepy.
