"We have to get ready for that party baby." I walked up to my closet and found a black crop top and threw it on, i grabbed a black and yellow plaided skirt and put it on with fishnets, "I just wanna fucking overdose." my mouth blurted without thought,

Colby held my hand as we walked into Mandy's friends party. She popped a molly before walking in and i rolled my eyes. The only reason we agreed to come was because Colby's friends were invited too.
I followed Colby to his friends and began chatting with Sam and Jake. As we all talked my mind rushed to Gus again. I hadn't seen him in two months, i wondered if he'd waited like he said he was. I shook my thoughts from my head. I didn't need him.
A few hours into the party and Colby wandering off to the bathroom i watched the front door of the apartment open, The tall slim boy, ruffled his black and pink hair, he smiled at a friend across the room and then as he walked laid his eyes on me.
"Boo.." He mouthed, he walked towards me and sat down, "Lauren, its been...wayy too long.." He smiled sadly as he put his hand down on my thigh, "You look fucking good."
"Thanks.." i chuckled nervously, "Is your boyfriend here?" He asked, i nodded. "Can we talk somewhere private?"
"Yeah." I said as i followed him into a room.

"I kept my promise." Gus said as he shut the door, he leaned against it as i sat on the bed.
"Well that's unfortunate since we aren't anything close to making up and im taken." I replied.
He sighed, "I wrote a song about you Lauren."
My eyes widened, "You did?"
"Yeah, wanna hear it?"
"Sure." i tried to mask my excitement.
He clicked play on his recordings.
