Kagura slowly awoke to a strange combination of hysterical laughter, crashing sounds, and yelling. Her eyebrows furrowed as she groaned, wishing that whoever or whatever it was, would bring their tone down. As she woke up, her vision was blurry at first before her eyes began to adjust to the light. When things became a bit clearer, she was graced with the sight of the Inu group.

The girl with the odd green and white clothing, Kagome she believed, was yelling the word 'SIT' at the top of her lungs as the hanyou, Inuyasha, crashed into the dirt repeatedly. On the sidelines, were the rest of the group, breathless and heaving with hysterical fits of laughter at the hanyou's expense. She looked up and saw that she was under a tree.

'What am I doing here?' she inwardly asked herself before the events of the last two days returned to her as she fully awakened. She smiled slightly at the thought of her new-freedom. She must have cried herself to sleep on Naruto's back when they left the village. 'Speaking of said man.....' she thought as she looked around again. She saw that the man was not with the group.

Confusion crossed her features. She didn't understand him. He had helped her twice now and he seemed to hold no malice or grudge against her. As a matter of fact, now that she thought about it, he had even apologized to her before he told her about her heart. The big question was why? Why would he go to such lengths for someone like her? The enemy. She didn't understand the ningen at all. He was an enigma indeed.

Kagura struggled to raise herself up into a sitting position. She couldn't help, but wince at the slight soreness she felt throughout body. However, she had to admit that she felt more mobile than she had earlier, which shocked her slightly. Whatever the blonde did, sure worked quickly.

When Kagome managed calmed herself down enough, she finally able to notice, their now conscious, guest. The miko looked around. She saw that there was no sign of the former ninja there and sighed. There was no Naruto here to ease the situation at the moment. She knew that everyone other than Shippou, would more than likely, openly show their distrust and perhaps hatred for the sorceress, in Sango's and Inuyasha's case. It was now up to her to appease the situation, it seemed.

"You shouldn't be moving to much." Kagome said, startling the wind demoness.

As she sat herself up, Kagura looked ahead and saw Kagome's chocolate brown eyes staring back at her. She felt tense at the mention of her name and realization that she was conscious. She rolled her eyes at them. It wasn't like she could do anything, even if she wanted to.

Shippou bounded up to Kagome and leapt on her shoulder. Miroku discreetly slipped a few sutras into his hands. Sango steady a hand on her sword, ready to unsheath it just in case. And Inuyasha.......? Well, Inuyasha was still face down on the ground, grumbling muffled curses to the world. Kagura just stared back at their intense gazes.

Kagome fidgeted nervously, shifting from foot to foot. An awkward silence fell over the camp as they all continued to stare-off at each other. For Kagome, it was all to weird. How in the hell were you to start a conversation with someone who practically, up until almost three days ago, tried to kill you and you them? They were enemies. Someone Kagome thought she had ended with her arrow. It just made thing weird and complicated. Kagome was about to open her mouth to speak, but was interrupted by Kagura's voice.

"What you want from me?" she said.

Kagome snapped her mouth shut and looked around. It was almost as if he was willing the former ninja to show up. It was his idea to bring after all. He should have been here, dammit. Luckily, Miroku decided to intervene and answered her question.

"Information." the monk said solemnly as he walked over.

"About Naraku, I assume?" Kagura said as she shifted herself into a more comfortable position. "Well......what do you want to know?" she asked him, looking at him directly in the eye. She had nothing to hide. Now that she had her heart back, she would tell them everything within her knowledge.
