"im so distracted now adays konan! i cant focus and cant do anything!! i dont know but that girl makes me feel weird... i cant stop thinking about her! maybe she is a highly trained shinobi sent to the rain village so she can climb her way to the top and distract me from my duties!" nagato ranted to konan in his secret hideout.

she smiled and looked at him deeply "so you love her?"

"....love her? no she is just as any member here...i just care about her more" he looked away nervously.

"just admit your feelings nagato...its actually kind of nice...id be very happy to know you found someone after all these years"

"...this all seems too complicated...she knows me as pein...and what if she rejects me? ...how will i even know she likes me back...she just respects me because im her leader not beause she likes me" he ranted

"i think otherwise. she came to me last time to ask if me and you were dating and when i said no her face lit up and she skipped out the room..i wouldnt be encouraging you, if i wasnt sure she feels for you back. you should tell her. she is probably feeling the same way...just take her out somewhere"

"...fine ill try. maybe if i know she loves me back ill stop thinking of her and be able to get back to my work" he frowned konan smiled and left the room.

hidan was sulking in kakuzu's room playing with a coin sighing every now and then, while kakuzu was calculating bills and seperating his money "hidan you are quieter than usual, not that i mind but your sighing is getting on my nerves if you want to sulk do it some place else!"

"im just fucking bored" he groaned leaning back into the ground and staring at the ceiling.

"go hang out with y/n then" kakuzu said

"she is out on her shitty mission...it so boring without her cause she is fun and awesome unlike all you old prunes!"

"wow you are actually speaking highly of someone...you must really like her" kakuzu said looking at hidan acting shocked.

"like her!...i dont like her...we are just friends" hidan sunk in his chair.

"is that why you keep groping her and getting beat up because of it?"

"...well ...we are friends... and she keeps rejecting me so i dont think she would like me back..what fucking ever"

"why did you ask her directly or assumed she would take the hint from your gropes like the idiot you are?"

"heh thought as much...well you should hurry then she seems to be getting real close to deidara" kakuzu said going back to counting his money. as hidan sat up quickly with wide eyes feeling like a ton of bricks just fell on him, making kakuzu laugh at his reaction.

Returned from his mission tired as hell, he trudged into the bathroom, removed his clothes, turned the water on, stepped in the shower closing the curtains and leaned on the wall closing his eyes to relax.

"sooo...watcha thinking bout?" hidan spoke from the door walking into the bathroom.

"hidan what the fuck is wrong with you! im showering so get out!" kakuzu yelled

"what i need to use the bathroom badly mine is broken!" hidan said while unzipping his pants.
