It was a Saturday morning as Yeonjun stared at the ceiling.
He covered his eyes with his hands, at the way he had acted with Beomgyu just two days ago. He was an idiot. He knew that, but he certainly didn't know what kind of idiot he was when he was near Beomgyu.
I'm so dumb! Hugging him? Really Yeonjun?! After all that's happened plus the three years of not seeing each other you really decide to just hug him? Yeonjun scolded himself, cringing at the memory of a terrified Beomgyu pushing him to the side.
What was I thinking? He wanted to cry, it was the first time that he had seen Beomgyu in years and he was already messing things up for him.
But again. . . He was really good at making people's life miserable.
No, don't cry. This is a stupid thing to cry over! Yeonjun thought, finally sitting up and walking towards the bathroom. Huening Kai wouldn't like that. He looked at himself in the mirror. He gazed at his eye bags and messy morning hair before letting out a groan, covering his eyes once again.
He started crying.
He couldn't help being like this. He couldn't help being a mess. He couldn't help but to cry at everything that went wrong. And he certainly couldn't help being himself. . . He couldn't help but be Choi Yeonjun. That was his curse and he couldn't do anything about it.
He sniffled, wiping his nose as he coughed. He looked at a small bottle of pills, he grabbed the bottle and looked at it.
He only needed one, but he could take more, maybe a handful. . . That would be enough to finish everything off nice and easy.
But he only took one, closed the bottle and put it away. Away from his sight and away from himself.
He couldn't die. At least not today. . . He couldn't do that to Huening Kai or Soobin. . . Not after they had tried so hard to fix his broken soul.
He swallowed the pill without water before lazily grabbing his toothbrush to brush his teeth. Maybe one day. . . But not today.

Beomgyu posed in front of the mirror, checking the clothes that he had picked out.
Toto whistled at him before flying to stand on his shoulder. "Pretty! Very pretty!" He repeated happily.
Beomgyu smiled, softly petting Toto's head. "Thanks love." He turned around checking himself again. "Do you think he'll think I look good-" He stopped himself. Why was he thinking if he might impress Yeonjun or not?
Beomgyu hit himself on the head. No, Stop it.
He didn't like Yeonjun that way anymore. All of those affections had been lost ever sense he left Korea with a scarred hand and heart. Beomgyu looked at his hand scanning the three long scars that were still visible.
He had been scared of Yeonjun that day. . . He still was scared of him. Scared of what the older could be capable of and scared of what Yeonjun could do to him.
He didn't want to be Yeonjun's boyfriend again, but he did want to fix and gain back the beautiful bond they had. . . The same one that Yeonjun had destroyed three years ago.
Toto nuzzled Beomgyu, noticing that his owner had been pouting with sadness for a long while.
Beomgyu snapped out of it and smiled once again at Toto. "Goodness you're adorable." He said before looking at himself and puffing out his chest. Beomgyu was ready. . . He was ready to fix his lost bond with the older.
