Varun's POV:
"Mumma." Isha cried again. I tried very hard to make her sleep but she was not ready to do that. I even played with her but she was not interested in that as well. She kept saying that she wants to meet Misha and here I can't tell her that, Misha's doesn't care about her, if she did, she should have came back the very next day she went back to her home.
"Ishu baby please sleep." I said again but this time she started crying loudly and Janvi came running to my room.
"What happened to her?" She asked.
"Mumma." Isha said and went to hug her. I always thought that Isha loves me more than she loves Misha but today, for the very first time I had doubts about it.
"She is little busy baby, She will come tomorrow." Janvi said and consoled her.
"You don't give that look, she is really busy." Janvi said angrily as she looked at me.
"Busy? What made her so busy that she don't have time for her daughter?"
"So you agree with her being Isha's mother but not your wife." Janvi questioned.
"Leave." I replied and concentrated on my work.
"Come on Varun, If you can't accept her as your wife, you can't be angry for not taking care about your child."
"My child? So Isha is just my child now? What happened to the times when Misha was desperate to hear 'mumma' from her? Isn't it her responsibility as well?" I questioned and saw her expression changed.
"I mean Misha leaving this house shouldn't affect you because after whatever solution to find, which everyone knows what it is going to be, she has to leave this house forever, Have you ever thought what will happen to Isha then?" she asked.
"She should have thought about it before involving Isha into her self." I replied.
"Stop it Varun, You very well know that she was leaving in hope that maybe one day you will accept, unfortunately you broke that."
"I was just being honest Janvi. I don't want her to get hurt, What will her future be if I can't accept her as my wife?" I asked and saw her expression changed again.
"She knows Isha is too attached to her now and yet she decided to leave her behind, not just for a day but for a whole week now. She is the one who always told me, not to run away from my problems and now she is the one who ran away. Didn't I tell her to wait? I did, I said that we will find a solution and yet she decided to run, leaving everything behind. Ok, it was her wish, I'm not going to stop her now." I replied.
"What are you so angry about? You were the one who wanted her to leave and when she did, why are you even angry?"
"I never wanted her to leave." I replied almost immediately.
"So that means you wanted her to stay and but you can't accept her as your wife, then for what reason she should stay here? What's her relation with our home then?" She asked making me confused. was I really angry because she left? As janvi said, after the divorce she was meant to leave and now that she has done it why am I so angry?
"You yourself don't know what you want Varun, first think about that, maybe everything will get solved." She said and lifted to take her out.
"And for your information, Misha Bhabhi loves Isha like her own child and she never left her behind, even though she is not staying here, she as daily visited here after you used to leave for office. She had some office work yesterday and had to travel a little far, her flight was delayed and so she didn't came today." She replied and left, making me feel very guilty about everything wrong that I was thinking about Misha since this last week.
