Misha's POV:
"Girl, this is for you." Siddhi said handling me a very beautiful bouquet of flowers.
"You got this for me?" I asked happily. I was very confused, No one has ever gifted me bouquet like this, directly delivered to my home so I thought maybe Siddhi brought it for me.
"Wake up honey, I won't do this ever." She replied and took the letter card from the bouquet. very rude.
"Read, you might know who sent it." She said and gave me the card. oh yes, how did I forgot about the card, it must have the name of person who sent it.
I quickly opened the card and recognised the handwriting on it. My sweetheart. A smile formed on my face as I read the message and the name on it.
I miss you,
Varun!
Can this man be anymore sweet? I missed him so much and seeing that he missed me too, made me very happy. The bouquet was really a very unexpected thing for me. I receive a lot sweet messages from him but this was something very special.
"Who is it?" Siddhi asked.
"Who else it would be?" I questioned and grabbed my phone from the bed. I really wished to call him but as it was the time for his office, I just made a simple text to him saying thank you for the flowers and letting him know that I totally loved them.
"I'm getting engaged after two days, I should be the one getting flowers and look who is getting them." Siddhi said making me laugh.
"When did Varun became so romantic?" She asked raising her eyebrows. He is very romantic from the start.
"I don't know but I feel so lucky to have him."
"Well, It's because of the distance between you two. I already told you to do this, stay a little far from him, ignore him for a little while and he will come running to you but you never listened to me."
"If you would have listened to me earlier, he might have said 'I love you' already but you were too stubborn to listen, I'm glad at least, my engagement brought some distance between you, he must have realized your value now." She said proudly. With this thing, I don't agree with her not even a bit.
Whatever she said was only good to listen. In practical world, it's not necessary that the person you ignore will come running back to you, sometimes the person can even run away.
Talking about ignoring Varun and staying far away from him then no, I haven't done that. I came back to my home to help mom and dad with the preparation for Siddhi's engagement which is a day after tomorrow. I have been here for one week and in that one week, I have met Varun 4 times and not to forget about continuous calls and chatting. So yeah, I didn't ignored him neither did he, we are just separated physically. The distance between us don't matter to me, I know I love him and always will. And his love, then I don't think I have to wait more to hear him confess his love.
"Maybe you are right." I said and looked at my phone hoping to see a reply from Varun but there wasn't any, so I kept my phone down and then heard it beep. I quickly unlocked it and saw Varun's message telling me to meet him. We have so many guests in the house and they will surely ask me where I was going and why, also most of them will suspect that I'm going to meet Varun and tease me about it. However, I don't care, I'm going to meet him.
I texted Varun that I will meet him after his office and will text the time and address of the place. I knew he was going to home early and so I wished to go and surprise him there. Of all the four times I met him, it was always outside, I missed everyone there and even though I'm going to meet everyone a day after tomorrow, I wished to go back home.
