Misha's POV:

I was too sick to get out of the bed however I was also very worried about Tina so without wasting a second I got ready to leave.

"Where are you going?" Janvi asked as she saw me coming downstairs.

"I got some work, it's important."

"But you are not well, how are you going to travel." She asked with concern.

"I will manage. Take care of Isha."

"What if Varun calls?" She asked making me stop on my feet. What if he calls?

"I don't think so he will and even if he does tell him that I'm sleeping." I replied and ran out. I took a cab and reached outside Pranita's house.

"Hey, What are you doing here?" Karthik asked. I want to ask you the same question, what is he doing here when Pranita is in office.

"And what happened, you look tired?" He asked and touched my forehead.

"Girl you are sick, what are you even doing here? You should go and rest." He scolded me.

"I'm alright. What are you doing here?" I asked and came to know that he is waiting for his fiancée. His fiancée is Pranita's neighbor, in fact that's how Karthik met her.

"Ok." I replied.

"What are you doing here?" he asked as I told him that I came to meet Pranita.

"She is in office, have you forgot the time already?" He asked and before I could reply anything, I heard my phone ring. It must be Tina again. I took it out and got a sweet shock. It was Varun's call. but why did he called me?

"Don't say anything now, Ok?" I warned Karthik and received the call.

"Hi." I greeted.

"How are you?" Varun asked.

"Good. Feeling much better now."

"Ok. Are you out somewhere, there's lots of noise from the other side." He asked. omg, how I got so stupid to receive the call now, he must have heard the noise of vehicles.lie now.

"Out? No, of course not. I'm in home, it's just that I'm standing in balcony." I lied and felt every guilty about it.

"Ok." he replied in a little harsh voice.

"Where are you?" I asked and came to know that he is on his way to airport. I saw Karthik doing all sorts of antics to distract me and so I had to slap him, telling him to be quite.

"Bye." he said and disconnected the call before I could. what happened to him?

"Can't you stand quietly?" I asked Karthik once I kept the phone back in my pocket.

"Can't you speak truth to the love of your life? Why did you lie, huh?" He asked. now what am I going to tell him?

I was so confused on what to reply him but luckily his fiancée came and that made us change the topic.

"Pranita isn't home." Karthik reminded me again.

"It's ok. Now that I'm here, I will at least go and meet Tina." I replied and waved at him, telling him to go now.

I went and knocked the door, as soon as it opened, Tina hugged me and started crying.

"Please don't cry baby, tell me what is it, we will solve everything." I said as she took me inside and told me the reason why she called me here.

Angry, disappointed or hurt. I don't know exactly what I felt at that moment.

Disappointed because, Tina told me that she thinks she is pregnant.
