Chapter : 72

Misha's POV:

Siddhi's engagement was the another best thing happened to me because it brought me more close to Varun. After I had my ice-cream, we clicked a lot of pictures, all the pictures I wished to take during our wedding day, I took them here. After the function was done, Varun went back to home whereas I went to mine, it was quite difficult for me because after all the things happened I wished to stay with him. All my family must have seen my sad face and so they told me to go with him but it would have been too embarrassing so I didn't go. However the very next day, Everyone literally threw me out of the house saying that I should go back. I got a family who understands me lot. Though they forced me so much, I waited till most of the guests were gone. Varun told me call him when I wished to return so that he can come to receive me but because I wanted to surprise him, I directly went home and found that, he has spoiled my surprise. Idiot!

I returned back in the evening, Mom and Janvi looked very happy to see me here. Dad was not home and when I inquired about Varun, I came to know that he is out with his friends and will return home late. He is enjoying when his wife isn't home!

"Hey, are you busy?" Janvi asked.

"Yes." I replied and saw her coming inside. How can she even ask I'm busy when here I'm sitting idly waiting for her brother to return.

"Should I take her to my room?" She asked pointing towards Isha, who was sleeping peacefully.

"I mean, I missed her so much. You know since the day you went, She was always here in this room, I miss sleeping next to her." She replied even before I could ask anything.

"Of course you missed her." I replied. I very well knew why she wished to take Isha with her.

"I mean it." She said making me nod.

"Will you do me a favour?" I asked and told her to call and ask Varun when he will return. I was ready to wait for the whole night but still I wished to know when he will return.

"Ok." She said and called him immediately. He informed that he will return within one hour which gave me much relief, otherwise I really thought that I will​ have to wait for whole night.

"Bye. Good night." Janvi smiled and took Isha with her. Her smile clearly gave the hint that she was teasing me.

"Enjoy." She said and closed the door behind her. Enjoy? As if something is going to happen between us. There isn't anything going to happen between me and Varun, at least not tonight. I won't stop him if he wants too but my gut-instinct say that today is not that day, plus I know, Varun is going to tease me properly before we take our relationship ahead.

I looked at my watch and found that there was still one hour for him to return so I decided to go and get ready, I just feel like I should look beautiful every time he sees me. I combined my hair properly letting them fall on my back, applied lip-gloss and put on some good perfume which I found on Varun's dressing table.

After I was done, I sat on the bed, looking at the door from time to time. I looked at my phone and saw that there was a 'Hi' from Varun. Oh no, why didn't I look at my phone earlier. I immediately replied him however he was not online. Driving maybe. I waited for some more time and then finally saw the love of my life entering our room. His head was down as he was typed something on his phone. Wow, he is typing something and still didn't reply to my messages. Before I could say anything, I heard my phone beep, I saw his name flashing on the screen. Oh, so he was replying to my messages only, stupid me!

"Misha." he called as he looked up. He had shock plastered on his face but there was also some kind of happiness in his eyes.

"You made me wait so long." I said as I went and hugged him.
