My Life Is Different

Chapter Thirty-Six

If you surround yourself with loved ones you will forever be happy. I can't tell you how true that statement is. Everyday I am surround by people who love me and I love them, and everyday I am happy, everyone around me has made such a strong impact on my life I couldn't be more thankful than what I am now.

We finally arrived in Miami. The bus pulled in front of the hotel I looked out the window and saw so many fans and paparazzi which made me nervous. We have Maria now and the last thing I want is for her to be hurt. I continued to look out the window I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked and saw Jake,

"It's going to be ok" he smiled

I looked back in the room at Maria,

"I'll grab her and keep her covered you just focus on getting into the hotel"

I took his hand "We all go together"

he kissed the top of my head "of course"

he walked into the room and picked up Maria who is holding onto her bear then came back out I grabbed a jacket and put it over her, then we went to the bus doors with the guards already out infront of the door,

"You ready?" he asked taking my hand

I nodded.

The doors opened and the screaming became louder my stomach dropped and I felt like I had to throw up. Jake walked off the bus and into the crowd of outstreched hands I followed right behind him. The guards are trying so hard to keep the hands away but there are too many people. I felt a hand grab mine and I am pulled away from Jake and into the crowd, so many things are being thrown into my face and I'm being blinded by the flashes from cameras and phones,

"Are you and Ryan a thing?"

"Really? their still thinking that?"

"Payton Jake's cheating on you!" I heard a fan yell

I just stood there with my face in my hands praying that Jake made it inside the hotel with Maria. I felt a hand on my arm and someone pulling me to them my eyes were instantly covered and I was led somewhere. Finally when my eyes became uncovered I realized my hero was Jake he wrapped his arms around me,

"Are you ok?" he asked

"I'm fine"

"How many questions did they ask you?" he laughed

"More than I can remember" I laughed,

I honestly didn't remember any except one statement a fan made "Jake's cheating on you!" that played back in my mind "he can't be cheating on me...he's always with me" I shook my head of the thought "fans they say things just to get you to end your relationship" I took his hand and he smiled at me.

I looked at my surroundings and this hotel lobby is so beautiful, everything is so elegant. The marbel flooring is so clean. Glass tables are being surrounded by white leather couches, chandeliers hung from the celieng "such an elegant place and we're here wearing sweatpants" Mike handed Maria back to Jake and we walked up to the front desk a lady wearing red wide framed glasses sent us a smile,

"Hello may I help you?"

"yes you may" I replied "We made reservations under the name Miller"

she typed away on her computer and then looked back at us,

"Yes you have two rooms" she handed us our room key "have a wonderful day"

"you too" Jake replied

We made it to our room. Jake unlocked the door and it looks just like a house. We walked inside and Jake immediately went into the bedroom and laid Maria down. I went into the kitchen and got out a water bottle "They must've stocked it before we came" I jumped up onto the island and opened my water bottle. Jake walked out and came between my legs,
