Stiles jumped into the pool to help keep Derek up, while the rest of the pack scattered to empty everyone out of the room and some positioned themselves to keep back the creature that was still wearing it santa costume.
It spat and hissed, twisting around, it was practically grotesque. "I could use some help." Stiles gasped and spluttered out. Short of tossing things at the attacking monster, which seems to make it more angry than anything, you weren't much help.
"We can do this guys. No one dies tonight." You said in encouragement.
"That's very helpful!" Derek snapped as he and Stiles made it to the edge of the pool.
"Do forgive me for not being a giant werewolf." You said as you scowled at him. He was going to make a grip remark but he had to snatch out a hand to yank you away from the monster that dove for you.
"At least do something other than stand there cheerleading." He snapped his wounds still hadn't healed and Stiles had rushed off to help Scott, meaning he was the only one beside you when the creature ran at you again. Before he could question you, you'd snatched up a pole that had been slung towards the pair of you as Liam and Malia had been thrown into a pile of chairs and tables. With a hard smack you knocked the creature down. Derek's eyes were wide as you turned with a furious look. He gently lifted one cautious hand to take the poll from you as the creature slumped to the floor.
"Is that useful enough?" You asked quickly before turning back to the creature who was now surrounded by the pack. "It ruined the fancy Christmas party."
