"Derek?" You said when you found him helping your aunt set out the table. "Are you ok?"
"I'm worried about the present. Your nephew is younger than I thought." Derek admitted and you smiled, petting his arm as you helped him finish the table.
"Why are you even worrying? The kid's just going to ignore the toy and play with the box." You said soothingly. Derek nodded and smiled as your nephew stumbled into the room, giving him a toothless grin as he drooled all over himself and clapped at Derek in a demand to have him play with him.
