End Up Here- 5 Seconds of Summer

"Aren't you going to get your dress today?" "Mhmm." I hum, kissing his cheek.
"Can I go?" "Nope. Not allowed." "Awh! Why not? I wanna see you being sexy and shit." I laugh, blushing.
"Zayn, fiancés aren't allowed." "Fine..."
"Wait, how pregnant am I gonna be on our wedding day?"
"Er...Seven months?" I nod and grab my purse.
"I'll see you later babe. Love you."
"I love you too."
-
"Thank you guys again for coming with me." I say, hugging Liam and Grace.
"Oh it's no problem."
"Yeah I'm really looking forward to it."
We walk into the store, Liam and Grace holding hands. A consultant walks up to us with a large smile on his face.
"Soo who's the bride?" He asks, glancing at Grace.
"I am." I say, smiling.
"Alright! Perfect! Will you be looking for bridesmaids dresses as well today?"
I nod.
"Alright. I'll send her back with somebody else to find one, is that alright?"
"Yeah that's fine. I don't really care what it looks like as long as it's blue."
He nods. "Michael!!" A short, petite guy came over and smiled up at our consultant.
"Yeah babe?"
"I need you to help find this young lady a blue bridesmaid dress." He nods, kisses his boyfriend's cheek and takes Grace away.
"So now you're my judge." I say, smiling at Liam.
He smiles and follows us back to where the dresses were.
"So what's the budget?"
"$2,500."
"Alright. Now what are your names again?"
"I'm Kelsey and this is my best friend Liam."
He smiles and shakes our hands.
"Well, I'm Damien and I'll be your consultant today. So how about each of you pick a dress and I'll grab a couple?"
We nod and get to work.
-
I step out in one of Damien's picks.
"What do you think Li?"
"I think it's beautiful but I don't think it's 'the one', ya know?" I nod in agreement.
"Yeah that's how I feel. I'm gonna go put on the one I picked and then put on yours."
"Alright babe." I hurry back and take off the gown that was shaped like a pastry.
I slip on the one I chose. It was a fit and flare. I look in the mirror. It looked okay. But it still wasn't it. It wasn't even good enough to show Liam, so I take it back off.
I put it back on the rack and grab the one Liam picked out. It fit to just above my stomach where a band separated the sweetheart neckline and the ballroom shaped bottom. It was gorgeous. This would be good to hide the baby bump too.
I walk out and as soon as he sees me, he sits up straighter.
"You look gorgeous Kelsey." "Really? Thanks Li." "Yeah...You look great. That's mine isn't it?" I nod.
"Why didn't you put on yours?" "I didn't like it once I put it on." I said with a light laugh.
I look at myself in the mirror. It finally dawned on me. I'm getting married. I'm getting married to the love of my life and the father of my unborn child. My eyes gloss over and soon enough I'm sobbing. Liam comes up, smiling and pulls me into a hug.
"You look absolutely stunning Kelsey." "T-Thank you Li." He pulls me into a hug.
"You okay?"
"Yeah...Yeah. I'm fine. I'm just really emotional." He smiles and kisses my temple.
"Go get dressed and we'll go look at the bridesmaids dresses, okay?"
I nod, smiling as I wipe my tears.
"Yeah...Yeah okay."
"Alright gorgeous go get undressed. I'll wait for you here." I nod and go back to the dressing room, taking off the gown and hanging it back up. I slip on my leggings, shirt, and boots and head back outside. I see Grace and Liam talking when I step out. She's wearing a gorgeous royal blue dress and dark navy heels. "That looks amazing!!" They both turn and look at me with a smile.
"Really? I love it." "Yeah it's perfect."
"We'll get two of those, my dress and then we can go."
"How about I call Zayn, tell him we're finishing up and he can meet us for lunch?"
"Sounds perfect Liam. Thanks."
-
We walk into a small restaurant and see Zayn sitting in the back. A smile grows on my face and I rush up to him. As soon as he saw me, he smiled and stood up, opening his arms for me. I walk into them, squeezing him tightly.
"How'd it go baby?"
"It went amazing."
He hummed a response.
He leans back and presses a kiss to my lips.
"Can you tell me what it looks like?"
"Nope." "Dang it. What about the bridesmaids dresses?"
"They're blue. That's about it." "You're killing me, you now that, Kelsey Matthews? You're absolutely killing me." I smile and lean up to kiss his cheek. Liam and Grace sit across from us, talking amongst themselves.
"So, did you pick one of the dresses the consultant suggested?" I shook my head.
"Actually it was the one Liam picked out. It was gorgeous."
"Liam picked it?" He asked raising an eyebrow, an edge of jealousy in his voice.
Liam and Grace still hadn't noticed.
"Zayn...he just picked out the dress."
"What did he say after you put it on?"
"What do you mean?"
"How did he say you looked? Exact words."
"Gorgeous...beautiful and....er...stunning, I think."
His fist clenched. I grab his hand and bring it to my lips, kissing his knuckles.
"Calm down baby. He didn't mean anything by it."
"Then why did he say it?"
"He was being nice! He thought it was the dress that I should pick and apparently he thought I looked pretty in it. He was being nice." He looked down at his lap. That's when I realized they had stopped talking.
"Yeah mate. She looked pretty so I told her. That's all it was. Besides, I've got my own beautiful girl right beside me. Why would I try to take yours when I love mine and only mine?"
"Because they look almost identical." Zayn scoffed, wrapping an arm around my waist. I lean up and peck Zayn's lips.
"Calm down baby...Please."
"Fine..."
"Thank you babe."
"Mhmm." He says, still mad.
"Seriously, thank you for calming down."
"Sorry for going off."
"It's okay sweetheart." I say, pecking his lips.
