More Trouble

After sitting me down she realized I needed to get showered and dressed so she rushed to her suitcase grabbing Vanilla shampoo and conditioner handing it to me, “use this he will love it.” I raised a brow and did as she said I took a little longer than I usually would since my neck was killing me from the attack I endorsed earlier. I got dressed in the dress from earlier and put on the same boots and quickly blow dried my hair where it was just slightly damp Becky decided to use a dark smokey eye to make the purple specks in my eye to be more pronounced and for my hair she decided to make a bow out of my hair with the rest of my hair in natural waves I stood in front of the mirror surveying myself I twirled a strand of hair around my finger as I was anxious about how Drew would react to my outfit a moment later my phone buzzed and I immediately knew it was from Drew it simply said, “see ya in five minutes love.” my face turned bright red as I smiled when I responded, “can’t wait.” Becky smiled at me, “look at you, you’re beaming.” I looked down, “what if I am just tricking myself that he likes me what if Dean somehow interferes?” I started pacing I started to panic so I waved my hand and took deep breaths trying to calm down. I heard a knock on the door and I rushed to the bathroom and I heard Becky answer the door, “c’mon in Drew she’ll be out in just a moment.” then she knocked on the bathroom door, “Drew’s here c’mon out.” I looked in the mirror one last time before closing my eyes and taking a deep breath and gave myself some words of encouragement, “you can do this he won’t stand you up like Dean did.” I unlocked the door and stepped out smiling at Drew in his dress shirt and dress pants, “phew I was worried I was a little too dressed up.” I hugged him and thanked Becky, “thanks for having a girls day with my Beks.” I waved at her as I left the locker room intertwining my arms with Drew’s, “so where are we going?” I looked up at him and he just smiled, “if I told ya that would ruin the surprise now wouldn’t it?” I shrugged I saw Dean talking to Renee and his eye widened when he saw Drew and I together and made a remark, “wow move on fast.” I rolled my eyes at his childness and decided to ignore him until he said, “he won’t be half the man I am.” I spun around slapping him, “you’re just an ignorant bastard who only cares about himself so as far as I’m concerned he’s ten times more of a man than you’ll ever be Ambrose.” he looked at me stunned as I turned to Drew intertwining our hands and continued walking. Once we were outside I leaned against the wall covering my face, “I’m so sorry Drew I didn’t expect to run into him.” he moved my hands, “I don’t care about him love I’m worried about you.” I sighed, “let’s not let that ruin our night let’s head out.” I leaned my head on his shoulder and he pulled out rental keys, “Drew would you like to drive an actual car?” He looked at me confused and I grabbed a sticky note out of my purse along with a pen and wrote a note to Dolph saying, “took another car feel free to take our rental.” I put it on the windshield and pulled out my keys throwing them to Drew and walking over to my car, “take care of my baby I find a scratch I will hurt you.” his eyes widened for a moment before I chuckled, “I’m kidding let’s go.” I turned on the radio and then leaned back in the seat closing my eye.
