I ended the call with Sam which only angered me even more because he basically told me some people weren't doing their job right and nothing angered me more than people who didn't follow basic instructions.

My orders.

I waited for Savanna at the bottom of the stairs seeing her appear at the top, making her way down in my sweatshirt and what looked like leggings- I could never tell the difference between jeans and leggings but I knew they both made her ass look extra fat. What can I say? I loved cake.

She was beautiful. Every day I spent with her, seeing her every move, her every reaction, it made me wanna love her even more if it was even possible. She was a masterpiece, my masterpiece. And I intended on making her feel beautiful for the rest of her life.

I took her hand and kissed it, I knew she was sad that I was taking her to her moms- not because she didn't like it there because I knew she loved it, but because she knew I was going to be busy and she'd be away from me. This has almost become a recurring thing but part of my life is having to deal with the unexpected, not everything went to plan and it was me that had to deal with it.

Unfortunately for my girl, she just had to deal with it until things got better again.

I told her as much as I could but I knew there were so many things I couldn't directly talk to her about, no matter how much it was angering me, I'd have to hold it in because I didn't want her knowing about my business, the crime to my life.

I drove us to her house which wasn't too far from our home before i waited for the gates to open before I drove in to the driveway, pulling my car to a stop.

I turned to look at her to see sadness on her face.

"Come here" I muttered, pulling her on to my lap. She hooked her arms around my neck as I pulled her close to me.

"What's wrong? You love seeing your mom" I asked her.

"I know but I don't think she's home" She replied.

"Baby, you should have told me you'd be home alone I would have cancelled today" I answered, pushing her hair away from her face before placing my hand on her cheek, caressing it softly.

"No it's okay, she'll be home soon" she reassured, placing her hand on top of mine as she leaned her head against my hand.

"Just make sure Damien doesn't over drink" she commented making me laugh nodding, "I got you baby"

"I love you, Jason" She said, smiling at me. She had the most perfect smile, her eyes lit up making me instantly smile at how beautiful she was. And she didn't even know.

"I love you so much more, princess"

After saying goodbye, the proper way, she left and went inside her house and that's when I drove back home. I noticed the few cars parked in my driveway which meant my boys had let themselves in, and let others in. When I meant others, I meant the other members of my gang that I didn't associate as my boys.

They worked for me, not with me.

Unlike my boys, who worked with me through everything, as annoying as they could be, I still fucked with them to the end.

I headed in to my house, feeling my shoulders feel heavy- I worked out a lot and as a anger reliever, it really worked going hard in the gym.  And having sex, that fucking drained you but that ain't ever gonna stop when you got a fine ass girl, you know what I mean?

I headed to the basement, we had two, one of which was what I used for the boys. It had snooker tables to poker tables, wine cellars to boxing equipment. And I'm almost certain it was the only place in the house I'd never allow Savannah in when there were other men here, they all for high of their asses and drank till the sun came up- my girl wasn't ever gonna have to witness that.

"Ayee look who made it! Your princess all safe and sound?" Khalil asked laughing with the rest of the boys.

"Shut the fuck up" I said as he shoved me.

"What up my man?" Brandon commented as I 'bro hugged' him, ending in a handshake.

"What's up boss? You not been down the warehouse in a while" Havier, one of the men in my gang spoke up whilst taking a sip from his canned alcoholic drink.

"Because somebodies gotta make the big boy moves" I answered making the boys all 'ooo' in the back like children.

"Anybody get a hold of Chris?" I asked as I poured myself some whiskey.

"Yeah, been hiding out in a fucking shed bro. Fucked him up a little and gave him that warning about the money he owes you and he said he'll have it by the end of the week" Danny answered.

I nodded.

They busied themselves in conversation which gave me the opportunity to speak to Ryan. I went over and sat next to him on the bar.

"You good?" He asked, fist pumping me briefly.

"Uh huh, and you?" I asked, drinking my drink.

He nodded, "And Savanna? She good?" He asked making me nod to that also. I knew I could trust my boys to not only be there for me but to also look out for Savanna who I'm sure was very grateful for it. They were the only people in my gang who could actually talk to her as well as her enjoying their company.

"You get any information on Dre?" I asked, turning in my bar stool to look over at Dre, the newcomer. I didn't let new people in my gang very often because I honestly didn't need any more numbers but there were the few that I did recruit as a such, solely because they've proven their importance to the gang itself. Of course, I took very deep precaution and heavy checks just in case anybody tried to fuck with my organisation by purely becoming a part of it just to take it down, but I was never wrong with who I hired. I could smell a bitch from a mile out.

"He's all clean man, he's pretty decent too- I met his sister" He said this with a smirk.

"How you feelin'?" I asked laughing.

"Wouldn't mind a night with her, I guess" He said continuing "I'm sure you wouldn't either" He joked making me turn to look at him with the 'shut your bitch ass up' kinda look.

"I'm kidding" he paused, "speaking of Savannah, wheres her bitch ass brother?" He asked which made me think the same. Damien was almost always on time for things like this, the boy just loved drinking and getting lit. Savannah was pretty firm with him so whatever he could do without her knowing was crucial for him.

Just as I was about to say something, I heard the voice of Damien Motano. He walked down the spiral staircase and in to the room we were in, cheering with joy.

"What up bitches!"

Me and Ryan looked at one another and then back at Damien who was already pouring himself a drink. "How is he Savanna's actual brother? She's so quiet and normal and he's so..." Ryan trailed off, "Fucking annoying" I ended making him laugh.

We didn't hate him, it did sound like it but when I hated somebody, I hated them. He just acted like a little boy, and that is what got him in to trouble before we met. Now, he is a little more tamed, but still a little retard at times. Like now.

"Sorry I'm late bro, I got a very needy little sister who wouldn't let me leave until her friends came" He said, approaching Ryan and I.

"Her friends?" I asked. Of course I wanted to know who Savannah was with, it was just standard procedure of making sure my girl was as safe as she could be.

"Relax bro, just the usual little girls, no boys"

I didn't even need to hear the 'no boys' part because I knew that for myself, ain't nobody fucking with what's mine.
