Was I wrong for interfering between Jason and his only brother? Was it even my place to tell him to be careful or stay away from him? I was so confused because of the way Jason was speaking to me. It was as if he had just forgotten everything that happened 6 months ago, or even years ago when he actually left his family for the same reason. His father and brother brought him trouble and were not loyal in the slightest bit, so why was he ignoring the obvious. I had never seen him like this, it was like he had no control and wasn't even thinking which was the total opposite to who he really was.

Regardless, I wasn't ready to speak to him, not after the way he was treating me when all I was doing was making him see what he was getting himself in to.

I got dressed for college, throwing on a pair of leggings and a sweatshirt, which yes, was Jason's but I just acted like it was mine because I was mad at him. As I pulled out my hair from under the sweatshirt, the door opened and Jason walked in to the bedroom.

"Where are you going?" He asked, watching me from the mirror.

"I have class" I replied bluntly as I picked up my phone and the two books that were sat on the bed.

"You never have class on Fridays" He replied, folding his arms. "What, are you doubting me now? Surely it should be me doubting you" I snapped as I barged past him, trying to get to the door which he was standing in front of. He held on to my arm, pulling me back to stand in front of him.

"Jason I don't want to do this right now" I told him, avoiding eye contact. "You ain't got a choice" He responded.

"You had your choices right? Let me have mine." And with that, I pulled myself out of his grip and left the room. I took a deep breath as I closed the door behind me, leaving the house and then putting on a smile when seeing Jade waiting for me outside of the gates.

I got in to her car and after an exchange of greetings, she drove us to college.

The day passed by faster than expected which I wasn't really happy about considering I did not want to be home with Jason right now, especially considering I left in such a hurry and anger.

"Who is that?" Nat asked as we left the building together with Jade and Sasha.

I turned to look in the same direction she was looking in to see Eva stood by Jades car, as if she knew who it belonged too which was all in all creepy. "And why is she staring?" Sasha spoke up, frowning.

"That's Eva"

Of course my best friends knew about what happened to me, how could I not tell them when I was pretty much silent for weeks after what happened. Therefore, they knew of Eva and everything that came with it, and now, they knew about who she really was.

"The fuck is she doing here? She got some balls" Sasha continued approaching her. "No Sasha, this isn't something I'm letting you guys get involved in," I said, standing in front of them all. "I know you just want to help but please, try to leave this one alone, I'm sorry" I was upset because I knew they only wanted the best for me but I refused to let them get involved now that I knew Eva was involved with Alex.

Alex was capable of anything and I wasn't going to let my friends get hurt because of it.

"We aren't scared of her you know" Nat quickly said making me smile, "I know, but this is not your fight and I won't let anything happen to any of you because of it, let me be the fighter for once" I laughed towards the end as of course, I could never be a fighter.

Once they agreed, I told them to wait for me before i turned around and approached Eva.

"What are you doing here Eva?" The last time I asked her that, I was filled with joy and hugging the life out of her. Now, I wanted nothing to do with her.

"Well hello to you too, sis" I frowned, shaking my head at how confident she was now.

"Answer me" i replies, sternly. This wasn't like me, I never got myself involved in conflict and to be honest, I never had to deal with conflict either. I kept to myself and that's what kept drama away from me. But now she was stood in front of me, I couldn't help but picture her getting cosy with Alex, lying to me and most of, touching Jason.

"Im sure by the attitude, you've figured it out" She said, folding her arms. "Yes, so why are you here? What do you want from me that you probably already have from Alex?" It wasn't really a question to be answered but I also kind of wanted to know. I don't think I was very good at this 'be mean' act but I also wasn't about to let her walk all over, not again.

"I want you to back off. Alex has finally got his brother back and the last thing the both of them need is another bridge between them. Don't be that bridge Savanna, just don't"

I just stood there listening to her words, she sounded crazy and it actually helped my anger increase.

"Alex is going to ruin Jason's life just like he did when they were children. You have known him 2 minutes and you're suddenly claiming him? Do you not remember where you were 6 months ago because of him? Do you not remember how you got out?"

"Yes, but I sure as hell also remember your fucking boyfriend leaving me in that hospital. If it wasn't for Alex finding me and offering me help-" I cut her off, "In exchange for what?" I asked, frowning.

"What do you mean?"

"You expect me to believe Alex just came to your rescue? The same guy who ruined your life with his psycho father?" She fell quiet, she knew I was right.

"He wanted me to help him get to Jason, which we have kind of succeeded on which leads me back to you, the bridge" I couldn't believe there were people who lived their lives like this, they had no guilty conscience and no feelings if anything. But I never thought Eva would be one of them but I guess you think you know people and then they surprise you.

"What does Alex really want? He wouldn't wait so many years for some brotherly bonding time, I don't believe that he is here for that"

She grinned, almost evilly laughing which freaked me out even more.

"We want his organisation, we want him" She simply said, like a true crazy person.

"That will never happen. Jason is strong and most of all, he got this far because he is has never let anybody take advantage of him, he is too clever for that," I paused, stepping closer to her, "that is probably why his brother didn't make it" I ended, feeling adrenalin running through me and it felt so good.

She smirked, "I wish you had this confidence when we were in that place" She muttered, looking at me with amusement as she tried to look at me from head to toe but it didn't really look too great on her. I was really enjoying this.

I stepped back, looking at her, "You will never be happy with Alex, or this act that you're putting on," I paused as she went to speak but before she could, I spoke. "I'm telling you to leave us alone, tell Alex to move on, you will never have what Jason has and you, you will never have what we have"

And with that, I turned around and left her.
