The Cullen family had never heard Alice shout so loud before. Honestly, they had never heard her shout that way at all.
"Alice, I don't know what to tell you. We can't go back there. We can't make things worse for Bella because you had a vision about some girl that you refuse to tell us anything about."
Edward was trying to be logical. It was bad enough putting Bella in danger multiple times, adding another human into the mix was not an option. Even Jasper couldn't focus enough to calm down the emotions of everyone in the room.
"No Edward. Why should you get to decide what we all do? All because you're scared of the inevitable. Bella will be one of us, she will be with you. Running away has only caused unnecessary problems. This girl, she's important." The whole family was looking at Alice. For so long she had refused to tell them anything about this mystery person. It was beginning to cause tension as she had grown irritable in waiting.
Not trying to bother with Edward at this point, she turned to Carlisle. "Carlisle please, I have to go at least check. I had a vision. I can't explain it now, but at least allow me to go say goodbye to someone. I won't see Bella or her."
"Alice," he sighed, "You know you are free to make your own choices in this family, within reason. I'm sorry you have felt your voice hasn't been heard, but it will work itself out if it's meant to be. Now go. And return to us safely, preferably with no humans in tow."
That was all she needed.
