For a while, Cheryl sat in silence not making eye contact with Katy.

"You never wanted us to be together, did you?" Katy said, in effort to provoke a reaction.

Cheryl remained silent.

"You didn't want to marry me. You couldn't be seen dead with anyone that isn't approved for you by the press. Deny it all you like, Cheryl, I know damn well you never intended to marry me." Katy continued.

Cheryl sighed.

"Don't be ridiculous, I wouldn't have said yes if my intention wasn't to marry you." She snapped back.

"Then, please care to explain why you were arranging to meet the man that broke your heart when you're engaged to me." Katy replied.

Cheryl shook her head as she stood up.

"Where do you think you're going?" Katy asked, firmly.

Cheryl looked at her, alarmed.

"Sit yourself back down." Katy continued.

Cheryl did as she was asked and sat down.

"I want every detail, now Cheryl." Katy demanded.

"He just wanted to talk." Cheryl eventually muttered.

"Talk!? Oh come on, Cheryl, even you're not that stupid. You know 'talk' means nothing more than him apologising and you falling for it." Katy said.

Cheryl looked towards the ground.

"The thing that baffles me the most is, you're not even trying to save this relationship. It seems to me as if it never meant anything to you." Katy said.

"Stop." Cheryl said, fighting back the tears.

"There you go again, you just can't bare to hear the truth, can you? Well, I'm sorry Cheryl - but this world is full of truths and they're harsh." Katy spat.

Cheryl shifted in her seat.

"I don't even want to be with you. Why would I? I'm never going to be good enough for you, I'm never going to be approved because I'm not perfect! Maybe it is best you stay silent, I'll save you a job of having to explain yourself. Get out, I'm sick of the sight of you." Katy said, raising her voice slightly.

Cheryl's closed her eyes as she began to cry violently.

Katy raised her eyebrows, she'd never seen Cheryl this way before.

She stood and watched as Cheryl cried tears of rage.

After a few minutes and Cheryl had calmed down slightly, Katy decided to tap her on the shoulder.

"Cheryl?" She asked.

Cheryl flinched.

She sat up and looked Katy right in the eyes.

"Get your hands off of me." She said, sternly as she gathered her breath.

Katy took a step backwards as Cheryl stood up, approaching her.

"What are you doing?" Katy dared to ask, taking further steps back.

Cheryl's eyes were filled with anger.

"YOU DID NOTHING BUT CHEAT ON ME, LIE TO ME, MAKE ME FEEL LIKE SHIT. BUT, HERE YOU ARE, KICKING ME OUT, CONTROLLING ME. NO!" Cheryl raged, picking up the vase from behind Katy and throwing it at the door, remaining eye contact with her the whole time.

"I have tried to be calm, I have tried to put everything behind me - but, I can't. I will not be treated like a fool any longer." She continued.

Katy looked startled, looking towards the door with smashed glass surrounding it.

"You are NOT kicking me out, no you are not. You drove me to anything I have done, you've driven me insane. You don't deserve love, you don't know how to love! You're nothing but a worthless, insecure WHORE." Cheryl continued to rage.

Katy was truly astonished by Cheryl's sudden outburst.

"You can't bare the thought of settling down, one person isn't good enough for you. I don't know why you bothered proposing to me. Talking about me 'not intending to marry you' Why did you fuck your best friend behind my back and then get pregnant with your ex-husband's baby, when you asked me to marry you! I am beyond done with this shit." She continued.

Katy broke down, realising the depth of the situation.

"I am so sorry." Katy managed to say.

Cheryl shook her head, snorting a small laugh.

"Sorry? You're sorry!? You don't know the meaning of the word 'sorry.' You're a mess Katy, just look at you!" She boomed.

"I know I've treated you like shit, I know I've been awful." Katy murmured through her tears.

"I lost me best friend, me sister and me niece and unborn nephew all in the space of a few months. Where were you? Fucking Russel? Or maybe it was Rihanna. Hmm, that's right. I was at my dying best friend's bedside whilst you were having sex with someone else! Do you realise how that makes me feel about our relationship?" Cheryl explained.

Katy shook her head.

"I can't loose you." She said.

"Well, Katy, what if it's too late?" Cheryl replied.
