"Your welcome Weasley" I shake off turning to Brown "You look lovely Brown"
she blushes walking off with Weasley
I see Krum with Granger
"Granger you look beautiful" I say
She raises her eyebrows "thanks, taking a break for yule?"
"Yes" I state "Girls are scary"
Granger laughs and turns to Krum
when we eat I feel Sev's gaze on my the whole time
that's when the champions bust dance
I am an excellent dancer so I Astoria
Charles and I had to take classes for balls
after two minutes everyone has stopped dancing to stare at us
"Dance people" I snap
of course Astoria thought it was funny
stupid chit
Charles and Weasley actually danced with their dates
after awhile I turn to Astoria "Would you care for a drink?"
she smiles nodding "I'll be there by my friends"
I walk over to Krum, Neville, Charles, and Weasley
"How are you gentle men tonight?" I ask
"Great, this is actually kind of fun" Charles exclaims
"Ya, Lavender is funny" Weasley agrees
I take our drinks then walk over to her friends "Ms. Green-grass"
she takes it "I'm going to take a break"
I purse my lips and walk over to the first girl I see not dancing
it happens to be the Gryffindor Patil
"Dance with me" I say
"Why" she questions
"Well, number one to make the other idiots staring jealous, and two Astoria is taking a break" I put out my hand
she takes it
afterward Charles, Weasley, and I were walking past Severus room to see Karky and Sevvy
"Then leave I'll make an excuse for you. I have to stay here" Severus says
I open the door "Or you both could stay here like my father wants"
"What" Weasley squeaks
I continue to stare a Karky until he leaves
walking further we see Hagrid and Madam Maxine talking about their lineage
she got offended
"did you know?" Charles asks
"You didn't?" I question "I suppose you thought they were big boned? Come on dorks use your head"
we head back to the Great Hall
where I find Sev
"Severus, dance with me" I say reaching my hand out
he blushes taking it, and good thing this is a slow song
"You look like great tonight" I whisper
"Not to bad yourself" he says looking me over "Especially in black"
the other professors catch us when the clock strikes midnight
I see Charles "I'll see you later tonight?"
