I returned from college with a sullen face cuz my exam absolutely sucked. If you don't relate with me, get outta here.

And no, this is not author's note.

Jin opened his car door for me.

"Why are you suddenly my chauffeur?" I asked as I giggled and got in.

He shrugged, "Doing my part of the duty."

"And what exactly is it?"

"Your father is in a critical condition, he asked me to look after you for him."

"He didn't ask you to do that before?" I raised my eyebrows in skepticism.

Jin didn't respond as he watched the roads silently.

"I need another favour from you." I began.

"Hmm?" He was driving so smoothly, it was impressive.

I stared at his beautiful features and he suddenly turned his head to lock eyes with me.

I quickly looked away, going red in the face.

"You often stare." He laughed lowly as he shook his head. "You were saying?"

"I want you to help me meet Jimin."

"Look, about that meeting with the exam board directors, I can help you with that. But, this is going a bit too far. Y/n, it's not that easy."

"I haven't heard a thing about him. My heart is sinking, Jin. Please think about me. I've lost too much already. Place myself in your shoes. Don't you feel-"

Damn, I didn't expect myself to get all so emotionally blackmailing.

"Fine, fine!" He groans as he hits the steering wheel in frustration. "You can't use this card everyday, okay? It sucks."

"My life does."

"Hey! You don't speak like that in my company!" His lips turned into a massive angry pout as he scolded me and I turned my eyes away outside of the window. He sounded so much him.. like that time I had spouted negative stuff in Dr. Kim's office.

"He lives at Hannam The Hill. You're a celebrity doctor. You might -"

"He's not there." He cut me off monotonously.

"Then? How do you know?"

"I'm not stupid. They won't place an idol at such a vulnerable place when he's in such a bad condition. His management agency is out for Byung Soo's throat."

I nodded and the rest of the ride was quiet. Until he whispered, "It's 'place yourself in my shoes'. Idiot."

I laughed and nodded my head.

He would surely help me get to Jimin. There was no way I would get off his back until I got what I wanted it.

I felt lonely as I sat down on my bed and stared out of the window. The trees lined over in a long row at the side of the roads were clouded with a beautiful fusion of red, yellow and orange. The leaves falling when the breeze would sweep its wings over their heads.
