"Queen, a letter has arrived addressed to you especially" Lena hurried on her feet that morning, handing the letter to Laura.
It was still early so Laura was enjoying a nice book in her favourite chair while drinking some tea, looking outside at the window from time to time.
I'd been a silent few hours until Lena had walked in that morning, all excited.
"It looks very fancy" Lena commented with a smile, standing over Laura's head while she opened it.
"It does" Laura chuckled, giving her a smile.
Apparently she was in a very good mood today, but then again inside the walls of their castle she'd actually formed quite a friendship with her maids, and she was happy they were comfortable enough with her not to treat her like a goddess all the time.
That kind of behavior could get tiring.
She started at the envelope in her hands and noticed it was a beautiful golden color, with amazing calligraphy and a gorgeous look overall.
A letter like this was not from a normal person she thought.
Angst formed a bit as she carefully ripped it open.
It was one page long, and she leaned back in her armchair as she started to read it.
"What's that?" her grandma walked in the room suddenly, and Lena smiled, doing a curtsey before answering "A letter. For the queen"
"Well that looks like one mighty letter" she took a look at envelope as she sat down in her armchair right in front of her daughter "Read it aloud my dear"
"Oh, of course" she looked up at her grandma, clearing her throat.

"Dear Mistress of Charlotte,
It has come to my attention, per loose rumored words, that your country has been dealing with a great amout of misfortune as of recent times.
That same misfortune has been happening here, in Madelvia too, and we're unclear of where it's coming from or of whom, but it has put our country in quite the distress.
Of course the purpose of my letter goes further than only stating facts, so I'll cut to the chase.
I would like to invite you for a visit in the kingdom of Madelvia, over a nice extravagant dinner along with your family, where we could speak on the matter more upfront. I believe that if we joined forces we could fight against this invisible enemy.
Of course, as I said, this goes further into discussion on our dinner, April 24th, on a good Friday.
I wanted to personally write out this letter so you know that the case has very much affected all of us, and I hope you would consider the invitation.
I realise the our historical events have not been those of the best, as I hear from my mother pretty often, but there's so reason as to why we should continue this deaf silence between us when we could fight together.
Of course I respect out ancestors, they're the reason we're even here today, but I doubt their judgment about the kingdom of the sun.
