Newt's Nightmare did scare me but it scared him more I could tell. "Oh Shuck we have to banish Shrew today" Newt said. "Shuck, well we better get up then" I told him. We have to go to a keeper meeting.
Nobody Is running the maze today because of the banishment.
Newt and I Started to walk holding our hands entwined together, to the Council Hall for the keeper meeting and Gally started to come up behind us. "You ready for today Y/N?" he said genuinely concerned for me. "Yeah I'll be okay".
"okay good" he says looking to Newt. "yeah and Newt and I will be here for you too you know" he said. "Yeah Y/N" newt said while squeezing my hand tighter I could tell he didn't like Gally's comment.
We all reached the Council Hall, Alby, Zart, Clint and Jeff, and Winston were there. "Well glad to see you guys made it" Alby said looking at Newt, Gally and I.
"Anyway we have more pressing matters like how the Box is a week late, How are we going to go about banishing Shrew?" Alby said. "We should just force him out the doors before they close, how hard can it be?" Gally said.
Time skip
It is lunch time I sat at our table beside Newt and Chuck sat on the other side of me. Gally, Ben and Minho came and sat across from us lunch was very quite today because everyone knew what we were going to do after. We are going to banish Shrew.
"Y/N Love, do you want to go on a walk with me?" Newt asked as he went to go empty our plates.
"Sure" I waved to the other guys at our table while I walked away and went with Newt, we started to walk towards the deadheads.
"Y/N are you sure you are up for this?" Newt asks breaking the silence. "Yes I am sure. I will be fine" I told him trying to be convincing.
"Okay because it's time. We have to go" He said worried. We then walked over to the pits and Shrew was in there almost starving, I felt kind of bad for him but then thought about all the bad he has done then I felt anger boiling in me. I started to think to myself Shuck, I need to control this anger problem W.I.C.K.E.D gave me.
"So who is sending me to my Death?" Shrew asked looking me dead in the eye. "We all are what you did was not shucking acceptable" I looked over and there was Minho and Ben they were coming to help bring Shrew to the gates. They tied his hands behind his head.
"Well isn't this just dandy" Shrew said while getting pulled out of the pit by the boys. I Walked a little in front of them to the doors Shrew was struggling the whole way.
We got to the doors all the gladers were there non-keepers with spears on the sides and keepers had long poles with wood across the top (T Shaped) With nails sticking out the top, they were in front of the opening to the maze.
