okay so i know this is definitely a confusing way to start a happy message but my dad's been really really sick for a while now
and i got a call from my mum a couple of minutes ago to tell me that he was just let out of hospital :D

they've invited me to visit

it's obviously up to you what you do but you've been invited to come meet my family

my mum didn't tell me how serious it was until now but yes
he had stage 3 bone cancer
but he's been treated for it and it's in recession :)

i was planning on booking the flight for this saturday but if that doesn't work for you we can always push it back
