HoSeok never felt so stressed going inside of school as he feels today. He rarely lets someone down, but when something like this happens, he's worried if he'll be able to fix everything, as he really wished to do so. That's why since the early morning he's planning how to apologize to SeokJin properly. He really didn't want for everything co come out the way it did the day before, he wasn't expecting that he would engage himself into the meeting to forget about the other boy, but it isn't any excuse.
That's why he at the very morning he went out just to be at school earlier than usually, hoping to talk to Kim before classes. He has sent a message to his friends, so they won't wait for him, as he's already at school, leaving his belongings in his locker and going straight towards the classroom, breathing deeply. Once again he repeats the words of apology in his mind. He's just hoping that the quiet boy will be lenient.
Finally he stands in front of the classroom's door, begging in his mind that no one else than SeokJin, who as far as Jung knows is wont to be early at school, will be inside. He feels relieved as indeed, except of the soulful boy who's drawing something not caring about anything else, there's no one more in the classroom.
HoSeok closes the door behind himself and clear his throat quietly to show his presence and soon after that he gains attention of the boys warm, brown eyes, that shows sparks of surprise and a wordless question.
"Am I disturbing?" HoSeok asks quietly, coming closer to his sitting classmate, who shook his head. "I want to apologize for what happened yesterday." He starts with the main topic. "I know I acted like an asshole. I should have let you know that I'll be late and come or something. I have nothing to excuse myself. I failed and it's my fault. That's why I want to apologize." The older boy bows, waiting for SeokJin's answer, somehow fearing his reaction, he had stand him up after all.
"It's okay. Nothing happened." After a while he hears younger boy's dull voice. "Either way I would probably spend a whole day in library" He admits.
Surprised HoSeok looks at the boy, not expecting such an answer from him. He was rather awaiting a comment about this whole situation, not Jin accepting it with such calmness.
"Are you sure? I'll make it up to you somehow."
"You don't have to. Just show up next time when we'll be supposed to meet, alright?" The younger asks, while once again looking at Jung from his sheet.
"Sure, you have my word. Today after classes?" HoSeok suggests, receiving a nod as an answer. "Library?" One more nod. "Okay. I won't let you down this time, I promise you." He swears faithfully, knowing that today, no matter what, come hell or high water, he's going to fulfill his promise.
