The next day SeokJin woke up first, lying in the bed with HoSeok who still was calmly sleeping. He didn't know when he fell asleep last evening, but it was probably somewhere during his crying. It wasn't something unexpected, after all he was exhausted one every way possible. But now, after peacefully sleeping the whole night he felt a lot better.

Slowly, trying to not wake HoSeok up, he rose from the bed, tiptoed to the door and went to the corridor. He did remember, that he was at Jeons and JeongGuk was the one who prevent him from ending things yesterday. He was also aware, that he probably heard his talk with HoSeok. A bit unsure he slowly went towards the kitchen, from where a pleasant smell of pancakes was coming.

Like a cartoon character, he leaned his head out from behind the corner, observing the cooking JeongGuk. The boy hadn't noticed him until he took another tasty looking pancake from the stove. He jumped a bit, seemingly not excepting someone to be there.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you." Jin murmured, taking slow steps back.

"No, don't worry. Nothing happened." Jeon reacted quickly, wanting the other to stay in the kitchen, feeling that it might be his chance to talk to him. "Do you want breakfast?" He asked, pointing on the plate full of pancakes.

"Um, sure." The younger was still speaking quietly, as he sat by the kitchen corner, thanking JeongGuk as he hand him cutlery and a plate.

"Look." Jeon began, after some time, as they were eating. SeokJin looked at him, with questions in his eyes. "I want to apologize to you. You don't have to forgive me. I won't be surprised if it it impossible for you to do so, but I just want to say, that I regret what I did. I didn't know you, I had no right to judge you, but my anger took over me. I blame your brother of my brother's death, but you had nothing to do with it. I shouldn't have behave like that towards you. You did nothing wrong." The boy didn't know, if he had to say something more. He said what was in his heart, the rest was SeokJin's decision.

"I forgive you." JeongGuk opened his eyes wide in surprise, clearly not excepting it.

"But... I wronged you so badly...."

"That's true, I know, but yesterday you saved me. If not because of you, I would be a cold, dead body somewhere in the river by now. Let's say that we're even." Kim smiled a little. "Maybe we can start anew?" He proposed, making the other tear up immediately.

"Yes, with pleasure. Thank you Jin."
