"Hey, HoSeok, did you hear?" Choi JungHong, a colleague from major, placing a hand on his shoulder. "They say that a new boy moved here from university in Deagu. Isn't it unusual to move from one university to another after a year?"

"I don't know, unusual? Maybe he had a solid reason why he had to do it, some people can't control some things. Why would we judge? We just have one more person on our course, that's all." HoSeok shrugged, not understanding why Hong was trying to do something big out of it.

"That's all? As far as I know, he was the best student in his year at his university. Don't you feel threatened?" Hong asked, looking at his pal with curiosity.

"Why would I? If someone is better than me then they are better and I can only try to catch up." The boy again shrugged. "Well, I need to go, I'm going to meet with the guys. Bye!" He said as he took his jacket and bag before going out of the library where he was with Choi.

The other boy waved his hand as Jung walked away, whistling happily as he went to meet his friends. It was true that he was curious about the new boy, but he had no reason to be concerned. If someone who was a good student was going to be in his group, then better, he would be more motivated to study.

However, it was, it wasn't high school anymore for him to worry about every single note, so he wouldn't lose the scholarship. He felt free, he could finally study as long as he knew it was healthy but still got good grades.

With that in mind, he reached the nearby park, where he was supposed to meet with the boys who he already saw and heard from some distance. He waved to them, to catch their attention as he sped up.

Like usual, he greeted them joyfully, and together they began to walk, talking about their day. TO HoSeok's surprise, they mentioned the new boy, adding that they were just curious who he was. Nothing more, curiosity and hope of getting a new friend.

They heard that they could find him reading a book somewhere near the auditorium. He wasn't very outstanding, but such unobtrusive people often were very interesting. No one judged. Or at least no one should.

So the curious group that was roaming around the university, somewhen between lectures and right after they got their fresh coffees from the nearby coffee shop, decided to go past the auditorium, trying their luck in meeting the new guy. New people around the campus weren't unusual, especially when the new year is about to start, but for some reason, the six wanted to meet the boy. Because why not.

And actually, after some time of their walk, they noticed a reading person, sitting on one of many benches that were placed around the university. A young man quietly turned the page, eyes focused on words that appeared on the next one, as the book clearly seemed more interesting than anything happening near him.

And there wouldn't be anything special about this person, just another stranger, a potential friend if only the boy didn't look so familiar.

So familiar that it seemed almost unreal.
