"HoSeok, are you going with us to the downtown after school?" NamJoon hooks his arm over his friend's shoulders, as they walks towards the school canteen as a whole group. "You know, as always, a dinner, doing homework with all of us and going to do something around." Usually he won't ask the boy about it, but today he feels that HoSeok isn't in a mood to go out with then so he wants to encourage him.
"No, not today. I'm busy after classes." Jung says, while walking into restroom. The boy and his friends washed their hands.
"Really? Is DaWon sending you to some shops again? Poor Hobi." JeongGuk sighs while patting the older's back.
"Actually no. I'm meeting up with SeokJin. We're working on our project. We were supposed to do it yesterday, but I completely forgot about it and I don't wanto to break my promise again." Speaks HoSeok. "That's why right after school I'm coming with him to the library. I don't want to gest distracted and once again forget about the meeting. We'll see, depends how we agree with our work, if we're going everything together or we'll split it into parts and do our thing by ourselves, I'll let you know tomorrow."
"Be careful HoSeok, you know what people are talking about him." YoonGi mumbles, seemingly dissatisfied with his feirnd's decision, thinking, that Kim is the last person Jung should hang out.
"Oh, come on YoonGi. I'm so sick of your prattle. None of us knows him. You know, that I don't like to judge people from rumors. I'll se myself how it is, when we work together. I'll make my mind up by myself. I don't want to hear anymore of your 'excellent' advises, alright? Now let's go, I'm starving." He said, walking out of the restroom and the rest of the group, clearly disappointed that he doesn't want to believe them, walk behind him.
When the noise in the room faded, from one of the numerous stalls comes out SeokJin, who accidentally eavesdropped the whole conversation. It makes a small spark of hope light up in his heart again. Will HoSeok really look at him in a different way? Will he have a clean start with him? Maybe their relationship will change something in his gloomy life. He wants it so much. But for now he has t focus on the meeting after classes. He wants to make a good impression. To show, even a little, that all these rumors are bunch of nonsense. Probably during those hours of working on a project, he won't be to HoSeok anyone more than a partner, but he wants to show that he isn't a bad person.
