It's well in the afternoon and J.D. hasn't came back since she left early in the morning for her support group meeting and Natasha was getting antsy. She's been wanting to talk to the super soldier all day.

The elevator dings making Natasha turn to it quickly but isn't happy when it is Happy.

"Hey guys." He greets as he passes by and they return the greeting.

"Natasha relax. She probably made some friends and they're still hanging out." Sam tells her to ease her up.

Steve looks down not saying anything. He's been quiet all day.

"You okay?" Bucky asks him gently.

"Huh? Y-yeah, I just want to see her, so we can talk. Last night kinda got..outta hand." He mumbles.

"Don't worry Steve. You guys always make up. I don't think this time will be any different." Sam assures the blonde.

Tony comes into the living with little Morgan in his arms with Pepper by his side and they see the four.

"Brawns hasn't gotten back yet?" He questions looking around for the female super soldier.

"No, we've asked everyone to see if they've seen or heard from her and they haven't." Natasha runs a hand through her red locks.

"Okay, I'm making a call." He says then hands over Morgan to Pepper.

The billionaire brings his phone out and goes through it quickly before bringing it up to his ear.

"Hey Jack, it's Stark. I just wanted to see how the meeting went today and how Barnes did." Tony says over the phone with a smile.

..

Tony's face falls as the other line speaks.

"What do you mean she didn't show?" Tony asks making the others stop.

"..Okay, well thanks." Tony adds then hangs up the phone.

Everyone is quiet as they look at Tony waiting for him to speak.

"He told me, that she didn't show up." He explains with furrowed eyebrows.

"Then where has she been all day?" Natasha asks.

Tony looks down in thought before an idea pops up in his head.

"FRIDAY bring up the security camera feed from this morning." He walks forward towards the smart TV where the security camera feeds pop up.

The time stamp showed it was 4 in the morning then they see J.D. quietly stepping into the kitchen with a small duffle bag in hand. She hesitates as she grabs a piece of paper and a pencil then starts writing but stops growing frustrated as if she didn't know what to write. She tosses the pencil aside then crumples the paper up throwing it in the near by trash bin and leaves in a hurry.

Natasha rushes to the trash can and see the paper uncrumpling it, getting it as flat as possible and looks it over as she comes back into the living room.

"What does it say?" Bucky asks.

"...Sorry." Her eyes flicker away as they gloss over.

"What do you mean sorry?" Sam asks getting up making his way over to her to see for himself.

"That's what it says." She says handing him the paper as she takes a seat on the couch to wrap her head around this.

"This is ridiculous. She couldn't have just left." Tony shakes his head.

"Did she tell you anything more last night?" Pepper asks him and he thinks about it before he shakes his head with a shrug.

Steve shakes his head walking away not saying a word feeling a lump in his throat.

"Cap-

Steve ignores Tony as he leaves the living room not looking back.

"She couldn't have left. *shakes head* How could I let her leave for a second time." Bucky speaks frustratedly.

"It's not your fault, James." Natasha tells him shaking her head.

"You're right, it's yours." He scoffs.

"Mine?! You kissed me!" She retorts.

"But you didn't tell me my sister was in love with you!" He exclaims making the red head look away in guilt.

"Okay we needa cal-

"And you didn't tell me you loved her back." He adds cutting Sam off.

"Now there's no way to track her, to communicate with her." He shakes his head pacing around.

Natasha looks down then gets up from her seat walking away.

"Nat, where are you going?" Pepper asks after her.

Natasha's eyes flicker down with a slight clench of her jaw before looking back at the others before nodding subtly.

"I'm going to find her."
