Steve and I were co-piloting the Quinjet while Bucky sat behind us. Mountains are seen in the distance.

"What's gonna happen to your friends?" Bucky asks breaking the silence that had fallen over us.

I look down briefly with a heavy hearted sigh.

"Whatever it is...we'll deal with it." Steve answers.

"I don't know if I'm worth all of this." I hear Bucky say making me turn around.

"What you did all those years, it wasn't you. You didn't have a choice." I tell him.

"I know. But I did it." He says remorsefully as I turn back around.

I look down at my phone biting my lip. I want to reach out to Natasha right now but it may not be the smartest move. With a defeated sigh I put my phone away and focus on piloting the jet along with Steve.

A little while longer we bring the Quinjet onto land besides a caterpillar truck on a remote icy mountain top. We shut everything off and gear up. Bucky grabs a light machine gun from Nat's gun rack while Steve and I grab our shield's. The three of us stand together while we wait for the exit ramp to descend.

"You guy remember that time we had to ride back from Rockaway Beach in the back of that freezer truck?" Steve asks standing in between Bucky and I.

"Was that the time we used our train money to buy hot dogs?" Bucky turns to us.

"You blew three bucks trying to win that stuffed bear for a red head." I chuckle at him.

"What was her name again?" He questions.

"Dolores. You called her Doll." Steve tells him amused.

"She's gotta be a hundred years old right now." Bucky says making us chuckle.

"So are we, pal." Steve pats his shoulder.

We then step down the exit ramp and up to the entrance that was set in rock. The door was still open.

"He can't have been here more than a few hours." I say as I look around at the entrance.

"Long enough to wake them up." Bucky sighs holding his gun close.

I lead the guys down the cast bunker. We travel down in the depths inside a caged elevator, it stops in the bowls of the bunker, doors slide open. I nod at them and we heave the cage door up. Bucky readies his gun and we walk along a corridor. We then move up some stairs. When we hear a loud thud we spin around, aiming down the corridor.

"Guys ready?" I ask over my shoulder.

"Yeah." "Yup."

Steve and I holding our shields up while Bucky is in the middle, his machine gun at the ready. The double doors part, and the Iron Man suit is seen. Steve and I turn to each other in surprise before looking forward to see Tony walk toward us retracting the suit's helmet.

"You seem a little defensive." He speaks looking at the three of us.

I look at Steve and Bucky before I warily make my way to the billionaire with my shield still covering my body.

"It's been a long day." I sigh.

"At ease, Soldier. I'm not currently after you." He raises a hand in defense.

"Then why are you here?" Steve asks coming over while Bucky stays put.

"Could be your story's not so crazy. Maybe. Ross has no idea I'm here. I'd like to keep it that way. Otherwise, I gotta arrest myself." He says.
