"Could sure use a little light in here."
"Why not just look for the glowing red eyes? That not enough?" Coulson ignored the boy's comment. Tripp answered the call, activating one and showing the soldier's to them. They were just regular people. With glowing red eyes apparently. Oh joy.
"So, who do we talk to about getting a haircut?"
"Really? Fuck's sake." Tripp opened fire, stopping any reply from Coulson. Aaron opened up as well. Sure, it kept them at bay. But, they still came forward. Tripp was launched into one wall by a punch, Aaron was launched into another by being grabbed and tossed into it. As the one who threw him went for Aaron. May came over, firing at him and helping Aaron up. The two didn't say a word, only went back to back as they did what the could on the soldier's. Before, in sync, going separate ways and going hand to hand.
May managed to get two pieces of the staff. Aaron got his hands on a single one.
"So, you're the own you escaped. Garret will be happy to have you back." One taunted him. Aaron turned, the staff feeding his anger. He let out a wild scream, before running at his opponent. The man was trained for someone who was trained to fight fair. Someone who would be quick but do similar moves to him. Not slide, hit him in the balls. Wrap the staff around his throat, slam him into a wall. And then pin him against said wall and hit him from one side of the face to another with the staff.
Finally, Aaron turned and hit another soldier. The man flying through one the structural pillars. May and Aaron both shared a look before looking to Coulson.
"Bring the house down."
And they did, taking out agents and leaving one pillar standing. Coulson called out for them to leave. Skye's virus fully being uploaded. Unplugging the flash drive, she was out the room and to the stairs. Then Tripp, then Coulson. May, who stopped and turned to Aaron. Aaron launched his one and May threw hers. Holding out her hand for Aaron. The two following their teammates.
"The Trojan Horse worked. It gave us access to he stuff we wanted." Skye said as she sat in the seat next to Aaron, "Our secret weapon, We now have eyes on their operation. Right in the palm of my hand."
"We'll need more than eyes to defeat Garret." Tripp reminded them, he was currently being patched up after being flung into the wall earlier. Aaron's had started to heal already.
Coulson walked in, sombre expression on his face. They all awaited the bad news. Skye taking Aaron's hand in preparation.
"Fitzsimmons tracker across the ocean. It's in New Mexico." He started them off easily. But, Aaron knew that there was more. His look wasn't for nothing, "It appears that they managed to tag the plane. But their not answering."
There it was, that was the hit that he was waiting for. The moment for his face to fall and for this heart to go heavy. That was the news that warranted Coulson's sour look on his face.
But, being the leader figure that he was. He was quick to rally then, trying to get them to not think about it at that current moment. Aaron had no problem hiding his issues. He had no problem converting them into pain and hate. Into pure rage, "They may have been captured. Either way, they risked everything to put a tracker on that plane for us. Now we know exactly where Garret is. And Skye can see what he's doing." Her face did not change, her hand only tightened it's grip on Aaron's as Coulson continued.
"If Fitz and Simmons are still alive, then catching Garret is our only shot at finding them."
They were getting ready. Skye held up a piece of body armour. Only raising an eyebrow when Aaron tried to reject it. Finally, he gave in, placing it over himself.
