Home. H.O.M.E. It was weird being able to say that they were home. It was even weirder to say that he was now home with a future version of himself. A constant reminder that he made it to doomsday. To the end. And that he had to keep going.

Yay.

"Well, that was a hell of a thing." Fitz joked to the others. Coulson expressed his gratitude that Mack and Elena had made it.

"Why are we still in the lighthouse?" Elena questioned as she spun round. Everyone else did the same, seeing that they were in fact in the same place as where they started at.

"Maybe Flint's monolith didn't work." May offered an idea of finding Flint and trying again. But, Fitz was the one to point out the obvious, that they were home. That they had made it. Aaron noticed the familiar look and lack of space windows. That was the giveaway for him.

"Aaron and I have been here before, with Enoch. We made it." Fitz was quick to find the lights as everyone had a moment of celebration.

May was pulled away by a sound. Turning, she saw Aaron pulling away one of the places in the wall. She looked at him with a confused look. But, didn't vocalise it. Only watching as he pulled something out of the wall panel. She saw the familiar glow of orange mixed with a bit of red and yellow. Telling her that the object he was testing was a lighter. What the other thing was quickly made clear in her mind.

She rolled her eyes, turning to Coulson instead. Their attention being taken up by a SHIELD logo on the wall. An old one.

"Welcome to the lighthouse. The world's last bastion against the encroaching darkness. If you're here, you understand the gravity of the situation. The world as we know it has come to an end. My name is general Rick Stoner –"

"Rick Stoner, I've heard of him." Coulson said. Aaron approached the others, standing next to May, "You wanna clue us in?"

"Yeah, just give me a minute." Coulson tried to point to Aaron. Only, he ended up pointing at Jemma. Aaron rolled his eyes. But he kept quiet.

The projection changed wall. Fancy. He continued his speech. Talking about an operation named "Reclamation" which didn't sound daunting at all. It was to be conducted through secure communications. Which, no joke, was meant to be "electronic mail". Aaron couldn't help the smile that formed on his face at the name.

"How olds this stuff?"

"Moustache not give it away?" Simon's joke gained a few smiles. But not from the person he wanted it from. Aaron only gave him a passive look before turning back to the projection.

Apparently, they were the selected elite. By Coulson's guess, it must never have been activated. And, this place must've been forgotten in the process.

Elena seemed adamant to get Coulson checked out by Simmons for the cut. That gave Jemma the idea that she would want to check everyone. For now, Coulson delayed that order on everyone else. Wanting Mack to go first.

"I'll stay with Daisy. When she wakes up, she's gonna have questions." Everyone started to depart as Coulson told them of his plans.

"I'll stay too." Aaron offered, but his tone left no room for debate. Coulson was too tired at this time to fight back. So, he just simply allowed it. Coulson gave Simon a look. The man nodded. Knowing that he wasn't needed in this situation.

Fitz and May left on the tour with the overly happy projection man. Leaving the Endless One with the one who could crack the earth apart.

"You Iced me." Daisy groaned as she started to wake up, "If it's any consolation, she nearly Iced me too." Aaron said in a lighter tone, a small upturn of his lips .
