"Wait, a telekinetic? I thought they didn't exist." Skye said as both him and Aaron sat in Coulson's office.

"We never verified one. That's why we're going to Batesville, to conduct an index asset evaluation and intake." Coulson explained.

"So, talk and see if she has any powers?" Aaron asked.

"Basically." Coulson confirmed.

"Well, that needs a better name. Less IRS more...better. Something like the welcome wagon." Skye offered.

"I want you both to pay close attention on this one. It's an opportunity to learn how to deal with someone with newfound abilities." He said to the pair, handing them a file.

"This is a chance to see how it's done when it's done right." Coulson said. The three walked out the office.

"How many people like this have you encountered?" Aaron asked.

"A handful. There's not that many people on the index." Coulson answered.

"They must wig out when they see the SHIELD trucks roll up." Skye said.

"Each case is different. Some people are in complete denial that there's anything unusual about them. It's a delicate process, and from all reports, this sounds like a particularly sensitive situation." Coulson said as they looked at the screen.

They saw from the data gathered that she caused some events. The town these were caused in blamed her for it. Aaron, in that moment, understood why this was a difficult situation to be in, "Sir, the Department of Energy's declared the particle acceleration lab too dangerous to enter." Simmons explained as they went down the stairs to the lab. Fitzsimmons awaited them there. It was their place of safety after all. So, it made sense.

"We'll determine the cause and see if there's any correlation between telekinesis spontaneously forming and a particle accelerator exploding." Simmons said.

"Well, it does use giant magnets to fire billions of subatomic particles into their anti-particles at the speed of light to create miniature big bangs. So, it seems like a good place to start." Fitzsimmons stood in shock by the fact that they didn't need to explain it.

"I read." Coulson defended.

"I'll try not to mention big bangs when we talk to Hutchins about the explosion." Skye told Coulson.

"You'll stay in the car." Coulson informed her, "This is a delicate situation. We don't know what kind of danger this woman poses so I'll make initial contact with Agents Ward and May." Coulson explained his decision. As he walked away, Skye cracked a joke about his choice of who would go in.

Aaron watched as an angry mob stood, yelling at the poor woman for just being someone with powers. He felt sympathy for the woman, she wasn't in control of them, and yet she was getting hated for it.

A car suddenly came barrelling towards the crowd. A woman claimed, with no evidence of course, that it was the gifted person. Skye and Aaron both got out to stop the woman. But it was 0May who fully got her to stop when she shot her with the night-night gun, the two looked at her in confusion.

"So sad." Skye said in sympathy as the four of them stood in the lab, watching the feed of the holding cell. "Yeah..." Aaron said quietly, looking down.

"And normal. These reading are entirely within average ranges." Simmons said.

Funny that.

"Of course, it's hard to find something when you don't know what you're looking for. All I can tell by these brain waves is she's upset." Simmons informed them.
