INTRODUCTION:
Under Your Influence is a dazzling romantic novel about Hollywood and fame. It tells the tale of Crash, a once-famous actor that has since been in a downward spiral due to a string of scandalous events and the babysitter that is hired to support his 'reformation'. A quirky and fun tale paired with an amusing narrative and beautiful character chemistry.

What I LIKED about your book;
The very first thing that I noticed in your book is the outstanding character chemistry. Well-written character emotions and actions combines with subtle methods in relationship building completely made your characters feel like they were meant to be. Crash's bad boy personality is a complete contrast of Marc's soft and often shy personality, adding much more effect to the pair's already great synergy.

The details were very praisable. Each detail was presented loyally in the perspective of the character mentioned, which completely warps in favor of the character. In Crash's case, a more sarcastic, care-free narrative while with Marc's is a rather more refined and polite narration. The switch in such with respect to the character's very personality is commendable and serves to make your character and story more interesting.

Narration-wise, I found your handing out of details as very independent and generous, made better by the balance of information and figure of speech, and with a modern, urban romantic tale twist that is there, yet I can't put my finger into it. The scenery and character details were also generously given and resulted in an easily visualizable and colorful story.

I am still going to point out how beautifully done your definition and narration of your characters' emotions and actions. You displayed it with authenticity and positioned it in the right meter of drama which resulted in these invoking an influential emotional impact on me. As I read further, the more I sympathized with Crash's situation while also condemning his reckless attitude, the more I appreciated Marc's silent and submissive personality. The more I progress into the story, the more your characters come to life.

What I DIDN'T LIKE about your book:
One thing I really found confusing is Marc's introduction, given that he was not regarded in the first chapter and thus, when he was introduced in the second as very different character with a point-of-view himself, I wondered for a sec on why Crash was on a yellow, dingy apartment talking with the landlady's hot son before I realized it was a very different character.

Interesting as the story may be in the later chapters, I didn't find anything in the earlier chapters that would've hooked me into the story. The premise was a cliche set-up that readers would've found in other romantic books. The backstories really helped with interest but that's about it. Frankly, if I wasn't a patient reader, I wouldn't have pressed on into the story.

Now that cliche's been mentioned, I just wanna point out that honestly, there are many cliche elements incorporated into the story, especially when it came to the main characters and obviously, the set-up. I don't blame you though. With the loads of stories being published, it's really hard to make a unique story of your own.

CONCLUSION:
Yep, staying in my library.

This book is just so well-done. I love the characters with all my heart and I love how cute you've portrayed them.

I don't know what else to say other than this book is a very entertaining and beautiful piece of work!

Keep writing this, I'd love to see more of it!
